Here you go- another photo of Mr. Rufus himself. He took us to the park today. He looks pleased with himself that he did that. Or maybe he was thinking about the hot cheesy bread that he would enjoy soon?
I have been physically pushing myself yesterday and today. I am tired beyond tired. And it has been fun. Thrift store jaunt, Farmers Market, bakery AND 40 minutes of pool exercise. (I get in the pool in the morning again.)
I also took Spider Monk baby Siamese to get his final booster shot. I also learned some sad news about his early weeks. The Rescue found Spider and his litter mates in nasty shape. One of his litter mates died. The Rescue angels worked hard on Spider and brought him back from death. No wonder Spider is tiny. He looks great now. Just a little guy. The Rescue folks pumped antibiotics and other meds into his little body and gave him life. Now it is my turn to keep him going. He has been enjoying teasing Moxe dog and the older cats.

Do you take any type of supplements? I take a B Complex supplement every other day. It helps the body turn food into energy. It also turns your pee bright yellow... Pretty, pretty. 
I wish my city had a public pool I could use to exercise in.

@DaddyEvil Many days I take a multi vitamin. I probably should be taking vitamin D. I wish your city and most cities had public pools. I think a pool is doing me as much good as pills.

Honestly, some of the pets I used to help in rescue had the saddest backgrounds. It literally makes me sick how some can be so neglected. Spider got lucky to get you for a Mom and to love and care for him!
Good to hear you are out and about and getting exercise. Hopefully you can get a good rest tonight. Take good care, and tell Rufus HI from me!

@MarieCoyle Thank you. One of the neighbors that we used to live near truly were monsters about animals. Yucky ill kittens and cats and awful dogs. I love animals of all stripes BUT they must be cared for.

It is honestly heartbreaking...and it doesn't end. And OH, the horrid ways people can treat animals, I will not elaborate. I appreciate every single person who does not shop for a pet, but adopts one that needs a loving home. You have a kind heart as well...and your pets are lucky to have a home with you..
