Hubby Was In a Sort Of Road Rage Incident Today

Hubby drove me to an appointment this morning because I couldn’t drive myself due to migraine He was backed into a parking spot sitting in the car with the windows down for about 20 minutes when a large SUV like a Chevy Suburban attempted to pull in the parking spot next to him, nearly hitting our car. The driver had loud music blaring. Hubby honked his horn to alert the other driver to stop. The driver yelled at my husband out his window “I effing see you, Pal”. The guy parked then when he got out of his car he struck hubby’s side mirror with his car door. “. My husband said something like” you just hit my mirror “ and the guy said “I didn’t effing hit your mirror, a-hole”. The guy headed toward a store Hubby got out of our car to inspect the mirror damage. The other dude spun around and shouted to my husband, “Watch out a-hole! Don’t be sneaking up on me. I’m an effing celebrity and all I have to do is make one phone call”. Hubby said “ go ahead, make that call “ More words were exchanged, mostly from the other dude. Hubby kept his calm Hubby is 6’4” and 240 lbs. other dude was maybe 5’8” and 160 pounds. Other dude was ridiculous Nothing worse happened

That is so scary. I wouldn't have said anything to the guy. People like that can kill.

I'm glad nothing worse happened. People seem to be so angry and rude these days.

It’s amazing how many people are bad at parking. There are numerous bumps, especially in supermarket car parks, over here. The effing celebrity must have been a fool to keep on with his abuse after seeing the size of your hubby. He must have been going to call in the heavies. Your hubby did well to keep his calm.

I hope there wasn't any damage. Honestly, if he really was an effing celebrity then it would be a lot worse for him to have that behaviour splashed all over the media

At times things get out of control even when we are in our best behavior like your hubby. Some like to lord over others and provoke them. I am like your husband, not responsible for others attitude. I keep my cool.
