New plant in residency
Saw this chilli plant in a local shop and couldn't resist spending the £2.50 it was priced at to purchase it

Well it lives up to it's name
I tried Antony piece of a nice ripe red one
Ouch and omg it was hot, really hot
My mouth was on fire for a while after I chewed it.
By far the hottest chilli I have ever eaten raw.
I know there are far hotter chillies available
All I can say is a braver person than me would be eating them
Hot chillies anyone
At least the plant looks nice
I will use the odd one in a curry though

@ineeddentures It’s so hard to judge how hot a chilli is just by looking at it. A bit like women.

@Ineeddentures In my province, that plant is plentiful because they love eating chilies. They mixed that up with almost all food delicacies.

Curry isn't something I'm accusomed to @Ineeddentures I'll have to check what that is and how it tastes.

I haven't quite reached that stage yet
But this one was a shock to the system
It should be ok in small amounts in one of my home cooked curry dishes

@Ineeddentures with that level of heat I would be afraid to even get the oil from the peppers on my hands.
Guess you're not the only "hot" stuff in your house now

It does look nice, sounds like a fair price... but no thanks to eating them lol. Not a big fan of spice or peppers
