Friday Hello

Happy Friday Everyone! it's a sunny day here today with temperatures only in the high 70s. Yesterday was the high 80s so today feels chilly compared to yesterday. I'm sure Fall weather will be here soon.
Celebrating my daughters birthday yesterday was a lot of fun. We did some shopping and made a stop at Michaels. My daughters both like doing Diamond Art so they were looking at the kits and I ventured off into the yarn aisle (surprise!!),
They had some Halloween decorations displayed but nothing appealed to me so I'll be dragging the old stuff out of the garage once again.
I'm a bit behind in my Fall decorating but will probably do it over the weekend.
After being out yesterday I'm happy to have a quiet day today. After my daughter takes her lunch break I'll be looking at the supermarket ads for sales. There haven't been many sales anywhere lately which is frustrating. Thank goodness we get the majority of our groceries at Sams Club (meat, produce, fruit) which is always cheaper than the supermarket.
That's my day so far.

I saw some very pretty diamond art kits listed somewhere yesterday. So pretty. I will be getting my Halloween stuff out soon and putting it all out. Rubber bats and candelabras galore.

I miss the sun, it's been unusually cloudy and humid here lately thanks to Hurrican Polo and now Hurrican Rachel poses a threat. I love rain but not when there's too much of it, afterall I'm in the desert and we don't usually get rain in September or Octorber.

Happy Belated Birthday to your daughter, sounds like it was a really fun day.
The highlight of my weekend is the twins.
Dad needs Grandpa to change out a few light fixtures and put in some new plugs.
I get to spend the time with the girls-Mom likes to sleep in on the weekends, so that is where she will be.
And tomorrow we will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary-where did those decades go?

It's sprinkling here today. We were supposed to see storms today and tomorrow but nothing big developed so far.
Pretty just pushed her ebike back from the supermarket. She was on her way home when she was forced to hit a pothole and the rear tire went instantly flat. 
We live next to a gas station. She says she'll push it over and try to air the tire back up. If that doesn't work, she'll call my brother to take her to a service station that fixes flats.
Nothing else happening here today.

It sounds like such a good time yesterday. 
Michael’s is such a great store too. My mom and I used to love visiting them and Hobby Lobby. We’d have to go in with a firm budget to stick too. Well, I would at least.
This weekend is church, and then my dad comes over for football afterwards. I treasure that time with him.

It's going OK..about to head to the store when I get done with lunch. This weekend is going to be rain soaked so probably not a lot of fun..but scary movies and football will be on so could be worse.
