A big event on the West Australian calendar is the Perth Royal Show, which is in its final days. It’s held over about ten days and would be somewhat similar to the State Fairs in the USA.
My nephew exhibits a large number of goats and is always keen to win the Governor’s Cup which was first awarded in 1896 for most points across all livestock competition categories. This includes sheep, cattle, horses, goats and alpacas. This year, he won the award for the fourth time and for the third consecutive year. He gets to keep a replica of the silver cup but the original is kept in safe keeping at the Royal Agricultural Society office.
Hopefully I can how an image of the ribbons he won on the first day. Otherwise, you’ll just have to imagine it.

That is really great to hear about your nephew and the ribbons he's won. Quite an accomplishment for winning 3 years in a row

Congrats to your nephew. So why can't he have the original, isn't it his to do with as he pleases? @FourWalls (88394)
