Best Chicken Panini Ever!

Yesterday for lunch our boss treated us to a new Italian sub spot that opened up by our branch. I ended up ordering myself a three pepper chicken chipotle sandwich on a panini. The flavors and hot cherry peppers made it absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering this again soon. My only regret was not getting it on a grinder to make it last longer lol What's for lunch today ? I'm craving something green, might get a chicken Caesar salad today.

Oh that does look really good …..anything with chicken is good with me though, as it’s my favourite. Your Boss sure does treat you guys well with food doesn’t he ! I’m thinking of asking for a job there just to get all this delicious food I see you having….

That sounds awesome. You must have a really nice boss always taking you out to lunch. That didn't happen much at all during my working career, unless it was some kind of special event or something.

Yeah, all the managers including myself have corporate company cards and were allowed to expense meals at least once a week. We have 4 managers is my building so we usually put all our cards in one hat and play cred card roulette lol

Your panini looks and sounds really good. I'm sure the peppers added some deliciousness but the hot peppers wouldn't agree with me. There was a time when I loved hot peppers but they don't love me anymore todays lunch for me with be a simple tuna salad sandwich

That sandwich sounds so good, hot cherry peppers make everything better. Lol the grinder idea is smart, bigger means it lasts longer. Today I'm just having leftovers from last night, nothing fancy but a caesar salad sounds pretty nice too.
