Fed-Ex is So Brilliant

I ordered the cat's flea collars from Chewey and they arrived today. I'm sure glad the Fed-Ex guy took a picture of the package and where he left it. And I am also glad that my grandson recognized where the package was by the picture. It was place clear down to the opposite direction of where we are. Probably a good block away. Could have been worse I suppose. I gave Fed-Ex a piece of my mind in the feedback I gave on the delivery. If my grandson had not been here and knew the spot by the picture, we probably would have lost the package and its contents. I told them that I am a senior and cannot go galivanting around the complex (which is big) to find this package. Our kitties need their collars and their treats. We don't get things delivered by them very often, thank goodness.

No one in these delivery services have pride in their work anymore. USPS is the worst, but FedEx is right up there.

USPS is what usually brings up our packages, and we rarely have a problem with them.

@celticeagle Oh, you’re lucky. Me and about five other Mylotters frequently talk about the fits they give us.

@AmbiePam ..........I am glad USPS does so well here. I've heard many say they are awful in their area.

I often find myself wondering if some delivery drivers even know how to read addresses. Last week I found a FedEx package on my porch, I didn’t order anything. It was addressed to a house about 6 blocks away from me, and our names and addresses were not even vaguely related. I found the person it was addressed to and sent her a facebook message, she was waiting for it to be delivered. She came by and picked it up. I thought about calling FedEx to pick it up but I didn’t want to mess with that, and if it was my package, I would want to know where it was.

Well here it is rather hard here because you have to know to drive in the parking lot to be able to see the number of our building. But again others find us fine and we have food deliveries here quite a lot.

That happens with attached housing. You got your package, no harm done. If you're going to rely on delivery, instead of braving the world outside your bedroom, be nicer to those that make your life easier.

Not being mean. Just telling it like it is. We rarely get them here.

FedEx is the worst. My last delivery from them was the vacuum. That's the first in a long time that even made it to the door. Often they are by the dog run

That was huge good luck that your grandson recognised where the parcel had gone to.

Well, that's a terrible delivery service. We never have to experience that kind of service.

We don't usually. Rarely is Fed-Ex used for any of our parcels.
