How many cars go by your house or apartment in an hour?

It is sometimes busier here than others, but I would say on average there is a vehicle going by about every 5 or 10 minutes. It is busier in the afternoon and evening usually. I just heard and saw a bit of a car drive by..but haven't noticed others this morning, but I wasn't thinking about it, and wasn't in my usual chair close to the window..so hard to say how many others there were.

Not many as we are generally a quiet cul de sac of just 16 houses. It is busier at the moment as the house two doors down are having building work done.

@snowy22315 in the evening we only would have the man next door to us. During the day only maybe three or four out and in again all day.

That's a good question. Seems kind of similar here, though other times it will be a while before someone drives by.

Not too many really. Although some trucks use my street as a truck route. It is posted not to, but who enforces it? I live near a couple of gravel quarries and then also some Semi trucks use this as a short cut between state highways.

Sometimes we get some big, heavy trucks that go through here..and I don't know why It isn't a shortcut for anything just a closed neighborhood.

Some days it is quiet, but there are always at least a few vehicles, unless there is a snow storm or other serious weather event going on.

Traffic in my neighborhood has autos going up my street about one auto passing by at a rate of at least five minutes a day.

Sounds like a pretty chill street, a car every 5 or 10 minutes isn't bad at all. Funny how you only notice them when your sitting right by the window. Mornings are usually the quiet part anyway.

This is a private road and very quiet. I would say no more than 5 vehicle per hour.

@snowy22315 We had to move from one house 6 years ago because traffic suddenly got a lot heavier - trucks, buses, cars, motorcycles continually passing with no let up.

Oh I couldn't even tell you. Just the number of UPS, FedEx, and Amazon vans is impressive.

Our street is busy with morning and afternoon work traffic. Light in between.

Well, that’s a tricky question. I live in a patio Hong complex that consist of five streets. The only entrance into this complex runs off of a Minor/major Street. So on my exact street that runs in front of my house. I get one car a day. But on the main street that my street runs off of there is constant traffic all day long.
