What are the prettiest leaves you have seen this fall?

Yesterday, on the way back from the city I saw some unusual mustard colored leaves. A few trees had those. I really liked them. Also, there were some beautiful red ones I saw the other day. My favorite trees are the maples that are growing by my credit union. Every year they turn a beautiful scarlet. Next time I go down in that area, I am going to have to make a trip there just to see the trees. Around the house the trees that are in the front just turn brown so fast. I mean we may have 3 or 4 days of color and then brown....

I took a photo yesterday of this bush that I see from the window of my bedroom. It's less red today.

Maples are so pretty. They are in every shade from yellow to deep almost maroon red. We do not have many in my little town. I do not see any oaks around either. Nature likes to bless us. Cottonwoods all turn a waxy yellow.

I just wish the leaves in my yard would stay nice longer. It is literally color for 2 or 3 days and then everything turns brown.

This doesn’t even come close to the glory of the leaves I saw in Canada, but I got this shot was along a gorgeous path in the woods. My mom loved the leaves changing so I’d take her over to the OU college campus to see all the trees that were hundreds of years old, and just so beautiful.

Everything here is turning and absolutely beautiful. I haven't seen any unusual color leaves just the ordinary reds, oranges, etc, I'm really lucky that I don't have to go far to see all the foliage and leaf peeping,

I didn't think you did. I wonder if they have it at the higher elevations?

We don't have fall season here and in fact now it feels like summer because of the El Niño phenomenon. But a student of mine many years ago made me see autumn leaves by sending me a maple leaf she laminated.
