Good lunch? / myLot

Boy, my lunch put me in a good mood. I got that good pita bread with onions, tomatoes, braised lamb, steak, feta, and tzatziki sauce, and had me a lunch that made me feel great! If I ate like that all the time I’d be feeling food! Unfortunately, I can’t afford to do that all the time. My best friend got off work early, and we went to CAVA, and split a pita (I can’t eat a whole one, and splitting the cost is helpful). You know how much I love lamb! I saved a piece of lamb for Sadie, and she was very happy. How was your lunch today?

It was those enchiladas. I think I would have liked your lunch. Closest thing we have like that is a Greek gyro at Arbys, and I do like those.

Those gyros at Arby’s are really good. If you ever run on to a Cava, try it if you can. The healthy combinations are seemingly unlimited, and it’s very filling.

it sure didn’t taste heavy. It gave me some energy. Maybe because I ate half of one and not a whole one. I went from drowsy to ready to go. And, oh, the tomatoes were so big and fresh. Darn, now I want another one!

That sounds just like soemthing I would enjoy, Glad Sadie got some lamb, I have one big meal a day which was crispy potatoe rounds with chicken pieces,

Your lunch sounds amazing , and Sadie got some too. You appear to have forgotten all about cr*b st*cks and bac*n …. I had a Turkey sandwich for lunch….we have just come back from a meal at an Indian restaurant …..yummy.

Yum, Cava is good. I always get pita chips..with some sort of dip..can't remember the name..some kind of flavored hummus I think. I am glad you and your buddy enjoyed lunch! You must feel all warm and fuzzy inside

I haven't had lunch yet but am looking forward to it. I'll probably get something from the food vans that are coming to a festival at the sports ground over the road.
