pracheesingh m not a diabetic..bt one of my relative is.. he loves food..particularly sweet. he has found a remedy for it..he exercises in the morning for an hr, basically yoga..which maintains his sugar level .so he can at times eat what he wants.

pracheesingh mobiles are not good for health..its good if one avoids it...but working at home drives crazy..the work never seems to end..atleast in the offices we get free in the evening .
