This was very shocking to discover, especially since I like cheeseburgers and french fries. If a person eats a cheeseburger and french fries (1160 calories) and they want to burn all those calories to keep from gaining weight...

ron_guarin I would love to walk after eating fries, but 4 -5 hours is too much, an hour will do everyday, anyway I seldom eat fries and burgers (once a week). How about rice? its part of our daily meal, how many hours should I'll do the walking?
