As on today traffic take horrible shape every where. But when people blow the horn unnecessary it is really panic, even they know vehicles are not moving due to traffic. So it is request to people who do this please take care,...

@mayka123 I too receive and send Good Morning mails to freinds and family quite often. I feel this is the best way to say hello to them and greet them.

I have seen in my case i can do so easily. May be one day i am very down and sad. everything is bad for me. next day i get vdeas and ararnge them all together. start in anew refreshed way the next day.

my2boys I walk in the morning. When you exercise it gives you energy so I feel energized the whole day by walking in the morning. Also it is not as hot in the morning as in the evening.
