jasarevski Bodybuilding is a subjective sport so some training programs will work for you, some won't. You have to know your body. But if you are just starting out then a simple workout program would work for you. I would keep your weekly workouts from 3-5 times a week...

benwang Hi there, for me i couldn't stop myself from staying late at night maybe until 12:00PM, when I have a phone conversation with my GF. Although it might be a little bit late, still I feel more satisfied to hear her voice. :)
