stargazerzoom Well if you really need to you have to stop but there are chocolates out there in the market, where it is sugar free. Such as Hershey's sugar free chocolate or you could eat dark chocolate which has a much lower chocolate content.

stargazerzoom It could be the one i have made a few days ago, where the meal taste too salty for me to handle. But thats about how worst it gets, pretty much i get a descent taste almost everytime.

stargazerzoom I think the only way to reduce anxiety is to keep your mind preoccupied with something such as studying new stuff usually math related subjects, i based this on my own experience. Also if i eat less during working times, i get a lot more confident than usual....
