techsaqib i think you only can make email on just hosting not on your pc you have to buy a domain and a hosting , hosting provide you to creat email server

techsaqib It my be lcd problem ,First try to opne the Bios of your pc . if it is turn on then format your pc with xp cd . it may me driver problems . if Bious is opne , other wise it may be some hardware problem
