virtue108 I eat 4 times a day. But I eat less. Take little food every time. I dont like to dump everything into stomach and feel heavy. So eat frequently but reduce the quantity I eat.

virtue108 Getting married at 30 is not bad but try to stay healthy. Eat healthy and do excercises. it is true that you may have problem when you conceive late. But if you take care of your health right from your 20s I think its ok to get married late.
