Shocked! How could any parent let alone mother do this?

ersmommy1 @ersmommy1 (12587) • United States 7 Jan 09

I was having a discussion with my hubby. He had gone to work, and his co workers asked after me and our son. He mentioned the need for a little more shut eye. A female co worker said what she did ( apparently with advice from her...

drknlvly6781 Actually this is true. Sometimes parents do too much in the way of their young children when they cry. You can ask your pediatrician next time you see him/her. If you know your baby isn't hungry, isn't wet or messy, and there is nothing else wrong with them,...

Argh! Deliberate mispelling!

youngsweetheart @youngsweetheart (772) • United States 29 Aug 08

Am I the only one who CANNOT stand it when people deliberately mispell words? You know, like using numbers in place of words, or typing "ppl" for "people", etc. It drives me absolutely crazy - is it really so much extra effort to...

You know the type - people telling you about the benefits of joining their religion. Quoting passages from the bible which means absolutely nothing to you. Telling you how different their religion is from other religions and...

Uroborus Buddhism is a religion. Yes, it doesn't have a God, but that is not a prerequisite for a religion. A more important part of the definition is that it deals with life's existential problems. But anyway, I don't want to get hung up on definitions. I agree...
