I had a very similar response to yours when my ten year old cousin exhibited this same taste for ketchup one eggs. The thought is just revolting. I can sleep either way, but I do prefer lights to be off. Less eye strain, more power conservation. The television however is a major distraction and I have difficulty sleeping if one is on.

My mom loves Farmville, as well as several variants like Fishworld. I find it a colossal and sad waste of time. We all have our ways to whittle away the day though I suppose.

I think that as long as you aren't in a position of huge responsibility, that this is a great philosophy to adopt. I can't help you, but I have a similar problem. I have no scheduled sleeping arrangement since I quit my job, so I sleep randomly throughout the day. When I finally do fall asleep though, nothing seems to wake me up except for physical contact. It's like my senses completely shut off. Sounds have no effect, neither does smell. Yeah, I guess it's the same as playing video games for hours. Personal hobbies can be whatever you like. I just don't understand how something like Farmville could enrapture people for so long. Not really my business though=p.

Yes, I believe the world would be better without religion in general. I myself am agnostic, because none of use really know how it all started and what happens in the end.
