I need it to be very dark to fall asleep. When it's cold, snuggling under the covers helps me to fall asleep, as well.

I have to put everything out of my mind. Or else I have to take sleeping meds.

I'm a fan person too, all winter and summer I have the fan on. Then I turn on a cd and snuggle up to my sweetie and drift off.

Hello there. I need my lavendar powder to help me get to sleep. =D usually I'll put some on myself before going to bed. The smell of lavendar helps me to get to sleep faster. I would also need a warm blanket. I cannot sleep well with lights on and when it's too noisy.

I first want to make sure my son is asleep, that I play on the computer a bit (or watch som tv) and then I like to put my 1001 pillows around me and read a bit. I also like to be warm in winter and cold in summer or I wont be able to sleep.

I have to have a fan on. It does not need to be actually pointing at me. I like the airflow and the white noise it provides. I like to have a fan on all year even when it is cold out.

I must have my fan going, it could be -900 outside, like that would ever happen, but anyway my point was I'd still have it on. I need that sound to fall asleep.
