Have you used microsoft outlook? How often do you use it? Do you like using it? Can you explain the basics to me? Which features do you like best? Is there anythign you don't like about it? Is there an interest in myLot regarding computers but not the internet? I haven't seen it... Thanks for your help.

I use outlook express everyday--but ultimately I had someone else set it up for me. Once, you get used to it I think it's rather user friendly, but I don't see anything all that special about it.

And I was wonderin', if I don't have any trouble with Yahoo, should I even bother to look into Outlook? There's also MSN mail, they've been after me to join, but I don't know if I need another mail service! What do you think David?

Well our workplace is set up for it, so yea I've used it. I use it every workday. I kind of like using it. I like the inbox and calendar features as well as groups, appointments and scheduling. Also the mailing is pretty easy. In order to add an attachment most times you can just copy and paste the file directly into the message section. Outlook automatically places it as an attachment and you are still free to continue writing your message. Uh there should be plenty of interests for computers like HTML, Java, various programs and computers themselves Miami. I do use it everyday. It’s like my diary, I update my life there. What I like the most is the Calendar part; it’s where I do lots of updates. I hope that it has more skins so it looks better than it is.

I use Outlook all the time and have done for years. I find it easy to organise folders and automate moving emails around in it. I also like the Tasks bit and the Calendar and the fact that you can set reminders on them. I also have web based email addresses but for my personal mail I use Outlook. The only problem I have with it is I can't access it remotely - I have to be at my own pc. At least I don't think I can - maybe I can and I just don't know how to do it lol.

Yes I use microsoft outlook all the time it is the best, it has more options than the web mail, but you need to setup it first, go to tools, Email accounts and write your data (you must have a pop3 mail or if you have a gmail also you can setup it) if it is gmail go to your mail and open the setup from gmail and enter your information. The microsoft outlook has an easier way in writing and viewing mails and also has a richest way in font colors or font type + it has a very good features in adding your signature, calender, to do list, and a perfect address book that you'll never miss any contact and you can enter many details for each person, try it and if you need any help just send me and I'll tell you what to do exactly, note if you have a virus scanner in your computer you can setup it to check mails in outlook so no fear from spams or viruses I have my antivirus working with it I use Kaspersky antivirus. Have a nice time.

I use outlook express, for all of my regular email. I love it! No waiting on web pages to read or compose emails. It works similar to yahoo beta. I like being able to add pictures right in the bodies of my emails. There is not a thing that I don't like about it. I haven't seen anything in myLot about computers but not the internet.

I use Outlook, but because of spam and viruses that may be sent, I mostly use web-based emails even for the accounts I have loaded in outlook. I've always found it very easy to use and still download important emails into it, but the rest are read and deleted on line.

I don't know, I just happened to use Yahoo first, and got used to it, and I don't have any trouble with it, it does everything I need it to do! Apparently Outlook was here before Yahoo, and I talk to a lot of users that had it before, and they like it because they are used to it!
