I KNOW it is not healthy but I only eat once a day (twice at most) and I eat backwards... Dinner in the afternoon (when I wake up) and Oatmeal at night when I start working. It has worked out for me pretty well so far.

Can't say I do... I get up in the middle of the day, if there is something I need to do I have a couple hours to do it then I have the house all to myself for the whole night. No TVs, no noise... just quiet. I like it that way. Also in the summer (in Florida) it is a lot cooler to work at nighttime then it is during the heat of the day.

Too many times I lose count! I am always ravenous, no matter what I do whether I exercise heavily, or totally lounge around! I have always been a big eater, I love my food too much! I have lots of snacks inbetween when I am generally hungry but don't get me wrong I don't gorge or overeat, my body tells me I am hungry and I listen even if it's half a dozen time! I am happy with my figure and I could never diet. I find exercise far easier and more enjoyable. I also tend NOT to eat at night because that's where the damage comes when it lays on your stomach! I tend to eat a lot of fruit and snack on those.

I usually only eat one good wholesome meal per day but I do snack around alot throughout the day to make up for the loss of meals. My life is to hectic to sit down and enjoy more than one good meal, unfortunately.

I'm not usre other than I do eat a sandwich and snacks throughout the rest of the day to curb my hunger until I eat an actual meal again. I do get hungry sometimes and fix a small meal for myself but not very often.

I only eat one to two meals a day. I am not hungry when I first wake up so skip breakfast. My theory is, if I'm not hungry I don't make myself eat. My biggest meal is dinner.

I like your style. You don't have to stuff yourself when you are not hungry.Your body will tell you when it needs fuel.If you listen to the signals of your body you can definitely ward off most of the ailments.

I get angry with myself at times since one meal a day is not healthy but I can't force myself to eat if the hunger is not there. For my age, I am relatively healthy and keep active which also keeps the weight to a minimum.

I usually eat about three times a day. My husband wakes me up in the mornings with coffee and a nice breakast (usually very well prepared scrambled eggs with cheese and onions, just the way I like them), a snack of something light for lunch in the middle of the day that I usually make myself while he is at work, and then he cooks something amazingly wonderful for dinner.

I eat twice a day. Morning breakfast ha to be heavy and with that I kind of manage wit a little snacks in the afternoon. Again in the evening, at around 7-30 I eat a square meal. I have cut down a lot on junkies lately. No choc'lates,no soft drinks, no ice creams - I wish I could do that Bala! Ideally it should be like this: Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. But our job profile hardly allows us to do that and ofcourse we do not have that much of self motivation.

Yes I can understand. We wish to do so many things so perfectly. But as you say the job schedule becomes the priority.Any how I like your eating style.Especially that heavy breakfast.Very wise decision as you need that fuel for the day.A girl in the medical field need not be elaborated more I think.Take care.

I always eat breakfast. To me that is the best meal of the day. I usually eat oatmeal with applesauce in it. Taste great. On the other meals it varies from day to day. I generally try to eat lunch and than supper just a very light something. Not necessarily a meal.

Here in our place we have the same eating pattern like you. But sometimes when I take a good breakfast I usually skip lunch, then take snacks and dinner.

I am suppose to eat three meals a day but with my shifting work schedule, it depends sometimes. Since I work in a midshift now, I am no longer able to eat breakfast because I would be sleeping in the morning. Of course, I always eat dinner. I do not go to bed in an empty stomach. Aside from the meals, I also have snacks in between. But personally, I am more into sleeping than eating. I really have to have a complete sleep hours to be able to function well. The good thing is I have a fast metabolism. I'm those lucky people who can eat anything they want but not get fat. LOL

2 meals a day! Breakfast doesn't really count cause i only drink some milk fast and eat a healty cereal snack. And maybe when i'm going to work (driving) a piece of fruit or an apple. My lunch and diner are good! THey are certanly good meals! =D
