Happy Birthday! I will be turning 30 in a few months too. I don't normally celebrate my birthday. It is really just another day to me. Growing up my birthday was never really made a big deal, so I guess I just got used to it. I have never had a birthday party of anything.

Ok I sang you happy birthday on another discussion of yours I'm sure you'll see it but happy birthday again- oooohhhhh 30. I don't think too much of birthdays. For my 30th I went to Vegas and had a blast with a couple of friends. That was a great trip. Normally I don't do anything for birthdays really. It usually doesn't bother me but this year for some reason- I'm a little bothered. In a couple of months I'm going to be 35. It's not old but my 30's have been going by to quick. Quicker than the 20's- the part that I don't like. My 30's have kicked the crap out of my 20's. I really want time to go by a little slower sometimes. Enjoy your 30's- these are great years! :) Lots of learning and life to live...

Hi, Wish you a very Happy Birthday!! I turned thirty too recently. It is not that bad, but it means extra work at keeping yourself fit and trim :) I love the 'mental maturity' that comes with it. Somehow, I feel more at peace with myself and the world at age 30. Well, I don't make a big deal out of my birthdays, but planning to start making a big deal out of them. After all, it is MY birthday, and as many people in the world as possible should know about it. :) LOL.. then there is a small lunch party, a big cake, sweets, and so on, of course.. and if it is not the weekend, WORK of course... Anyways, happy birthday again and happy mylotting.

I'm turning 30 this year too. But you are still older than me :) I don't really care to celebrate my birthday. I'm happy as long as someone else cooks dinner that day. lol

(with the different time zones we are on, I'm not sure if it's still your birthday or it's gone..lol) Well, after I hit 30, I don't think about it at all. Very few people wish me...and I've kind of got used to people forgetting my birthday...though it's an easy one to remember. I don't let the whole world know it's my birthday and I like to 'not cook' for the whole day...not just dinner or lunch...lol and that would be the perfect gift!

Happy birffday again bella, and on my birthday, i just like to take it easy, its just another day for me.. I get a few calls too, but i'd rather just relax and enjoy the day with family. But we ALWAYS get an ice cream cake for whom ever's birthday it is!! lol MIL usually buys it for us. ;)

Happy 30th Birthday and I hope you have a really nice day. I will be 30 this year too, but in November. I spend my birthday with my husband and 2 kids. usually do something like go out for a meal or we are away somewhere.

If you wake up feeling down and you respond to that feeling, you can be sure that you will feel like that all day, and nothing will be interesting to you. But if you wake up feeling down and you say to yourself, "Oh no today is my day, I refuse to be discourage, I am going to have fun today and I am going to be fulfilled today" believe me you will surely have what you say. Try this, it always work.

congratulatins..30? well i just turned 63 that is only 33 years difference.. but i started work at Ford Motors when i was 33 and not i am retired with 30 years service..go have a good day.. and no i do not celebrate my BD..my ex asked me out while my wife was out of the country but i turned her down..did not even have to think about it...as its been over 25 years we divorced..but hell has no fury like a women scorned..and i know this would have been my undoing..beware of the ex factor..lol

When I reached my 30th, it was not memorable but I think about how to do with my life for future. What are the things I need to do the most for myself?until now, I don't know. I think it's only number and you'll notice the changes in your body and mind as well.

May you have thrice more the number you already have, in good health, mind and spirit! As for me, I don't do anything if I can get away with it. It hasn't been a thing for me since I was a teen. But all too often, a friend remembers and my plans are shot. I'm usually at work and have been since my 18th which was on a Sunday. So the magic has long been gone for me. But please don't let this be a dampener for you. You go party til the cows get ready to go back to work again! Don't stop til you feel the need to! You're 30 only once. Well, ok, that only applies to guys I guess.

That's the most important thing of all...how YOU feel on your birthday. I enjoyed hearing about your special day too. When I was younger, birthdays were a HUGE deal. I would love having a big party with all of my siblings (all five of them), cousins, and friends. Now that I'm a little older, birthdays aren't as much of a big deal. I still like to have a good day on my birthday and I like to be with friends and family. The most important thing is that I get to see my boyfriend on my birthday! Usually we will go out to eat and have a cake for my birthday. Everyone gives me gifts still too. I don't think a birthday would be the same without gifts!

well first of all happy birthday to you. hope you enjoy yourself on this special day. as for me, i'd rather have a small birthday or none at all. of course i'd be happy if people called and wished me or i received gifts and money. here, some give money too. grins. but don't really want a big birthday as it's kind of embarassing. i do like it when my friends call me up and wish me too but then i can't talk for long as i don't know what to talk about.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I love my birthday, I dont make a big production out of it but I like to spend it doing things for me! It depends on what day my birthday falls as to what I do, if its in the week I cant really do much because the kids have school, my husband works, so everyone has to be up early and I spend the day alone, but we have a special tea or go out for tea! I think the only birthday I never really bothered about was my 30th, I hated it, I was so upset about turning 30, I dont know why but it was a major event to me and I got really cross when everyone made a big deal out of it, they put balloons and banners outside the house telling the whole neighborhood that i was 30 and I was really upset!!
