Its Getting Cold Again

Hi Sugarplum, well, a few days ago here in Ohio it was nice and spring was in the air. Then, the next day we got hit with a winter storm and all ice. Yesterday, it was cold but clear and today, yikes!..We're getting hit again with a winter storm and loads of snow. I'm sooooooo sick of it! I want to move to Hawaii and be a beach bum and live on coconuts.

Nope. Yesterday we had a foot of snow. Today it was 40 and by Friday it's suppose to snow another 2-3 inches. We've experienced a crazy winter. It's been warm, cold, dry, snowy, icy and today sunny. Yep, we finally saw the sun. I should have gone to Florida for the winter with one of my co-workers but don't know if his wife would have liked that idea..lol Although this same co-worker got back in town just in time to see a foot of snow yesterday. My body can't handle much more shoveling this winter so hope this next storm doesn't happen.

Here in the UK it has been very mild, today I was out in the open enjoying the sunshine and it was nice and dry to walk 6 miles! However in returning home the temperature has really plummeted and we have had to turn the heating on again, because my hands were starting to get cold and I couldn't type LOL! Spring is definitely here though as all the flowers are starting to grow, and the trees are coming alive, which is wonderful to see, and the evenings are starting to draw out too. We have escaped the snow, so far, but it has been known to snow in April!

It is lovely today but they are saying we have Rainstorms coming at the weekend I think the weather is just playing games with us to be honest Love and Hugs to you

Beautiful weather? What beautiful weather? Not here LOL We've been hit with at least two big snowstorms a week - religiously tuesdays and fridays !!!! We have between 15 to 20 cm again today, at least that's what the news said and I believe it, since I had to walk over the darn mess and actually ended up making a boo-boo - but not too bad :) Oh well, hope the nice weather returns soon for all of us :)

It's getting cold again here too. It changes everyday though. One day its really nice for walking and the next I'm freezing my butt off LOL The sun is out today but its still on the coolish side. I am waiting for it to warm up a bit so I can go for a walk. I have never had allergies before and I have been sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes since yesterday and not feeling the best. I still want to get out though for fresh air but not sure if it will affect me more or not LOL

It was nice for one day on Sunday, but cold is back. I have more than enough this winter... I am dreaming of green grass right now....:) Warm Hugs

No we got a food of snow today!! and more is coming!! everything was melting nicely monday, and then tues we had COLD COLD winds, and today KABOOM all this snow fell. oh dear. i got some walking to do tommorrow too.. i hope the side walks are cleared.. My living in canada and haven't owned a pair of boots in like 6 years or more lol. i'm so silly.

Well Terry, we have been in drought mode for the past 4 years here in Australia, with severe water restrictions in place for all of us, but lately the heavens have opened with a vengeance! The rain is wonderful, and the dams are filling up at last, and rivers and creeks are flowing again - but at a price - we are now suffering from floods. It's either a feast or a famine in this country I feel - never a happy medium. There is so much heartache either from too little rain or even too much. Mother nature is very cruel sometimes.

Well it's not that it's cold here, but yikes the wind. Last night it was raining, but the winds were horrific, and I honestly though we were experiencing either a mini hurricane or somewhere nearby a tornado and we were getting the effects of it, like we did some months ago, where there actually was a tornado! I had to go out today to do some grocery shopping (mainly to get cat food for my poor deprived kitties...LOL) and the wind was so fierce it blew my cap off! I had to run after it!

Hello dear TerryZ. It has been fine with warm sunshine in my town in the past few days, but today it has changed to cloudy weather with some small rain outside. I found this when I got up this morning. I think that it is very normal for the spring weather to change from time to time as we have a saying about the weather in spring, which goes like this, "the weather in spring is like the face of a child, which changes three times a day." So it is not that easy to predict the spring weather as it is so changeable. By the way, stay warm and take care.

Well last night we had a rain and ice storm that knocked out many communities electricity, (not ours though, thank G♥d). Then today and tomorrow it is suppose to warm up a little and then snow by Friday..Goofy weather..lol

Today has been the coldest day of the week and its windy on top of it. We got spoiled last Saturday it was in the 70's I think the weather was teasing us reminding us what spring is like and then throwing winter back in our face.

Oh, here in Italy it was sunny and warm two days, Friday and Saturday. But Sunday the temperature got freezing and it was snowing! Unbelievable... :)

oh my... weather is cold really... it wasnt like this last year and its already almost middle of march but it feels like christmas still :D i like it as it can be very hot in the Philippines...

The weather here is turning colder as well. We did have a couple of really nice days...in the 60's and some sunshine. We had some strong storms Tuesday and Tues night. It is just back and forth here in VA!
