The World Is Comming to an End (To all of those who believe in Christ)

The world [what I think] will end soon. It is said in the Bible (mostly in Revelations) that "the world will come to an end." When will it "END" though? Scientists are estimating dates, but who cares what a bunch of aethiests think (as a man of God, I still love them)? I dont want scientific dates, I want Christian dates. The only problem is that US humans will NEVER know. Many strange thinks have been happening to indicate the end of the world. For example: Strange weather conditions, Droughts, Shark attacks (more of them). [These examples are only thoughts of the moment and may not apply to some, just an example, I dont want to offend anyone in anyway]. These examples are only a few things that caught my attention. We all know the world will end someday, but when? We wont know. What do you think about this? Do you notice anything about the world that may indicate its endind? Fill me in and give me some of your thoughts?

I think the world has been falling apart from the beginning! As soon as imperfection came into the world.. In other words I think this world IS apocalypse! (And the lesson of.) I think the book of rev/apoc is the human story, for God Himself is Life and also Perfection, so to wander from God is to wander from life.. In other words, it just can't be done, like the saying that we don't so much break God's laws as we break ourselves upon them.. We might think we can oppose gravity, and jump off the building.. - As to when man's empire(s) finally crash in full, no one knows, but there are definite signposts, which I think most don't know a lot about. I believe it will be much more of a one world system, for Daniel 9:27 says there will be a "League" (translated "covenant") which will involve "the many". I believe this one world governing will declare they have accomplished world peace for the new testament says "when they say peace" (we have world?) "peace, sudden destruction comes.." - A cross reference to Daniel 9:27 is Daniel 12:11 and 12. And it says that three and a half (hebrew) years after 'world peace' is broken (with Israel first of course) - or more exactly it says when their daily sacrifice (or place of) is done away with (the wall where they pray daily/my interpretation, is) tore down, or carried away - that is when the 666 apparatus will be "set up" called by Daniel "the abomination which makes desolate", which is the last great genocide, or rather for 35 days you cannot buy or sell w/o this 666 'mark' but then it escalates into w/o the 'mark' you will be killed, and this lasts "ten days" (rev 2:10). - It's all in Matthew chapter 24, and Daniel (9:27 (NASB or AMP) and 12:11,12. Jesus said "when you see the abomination which makes desolate set-up.." hrun to the hills (the good news is it only lasts 45 days, not seven years). And there are very clear signs and tho we don't know a date, we can count backwards (dan 12:11,12) from the day of Christ's return.

No one can tell for sure if the world is coming to an end or not. CHristians will never know the date and time, Revelations say it will come like a thief, we need to be ready and how we do that is to accept Him and minister to others.

The answer to your questions xxgutsxx are plain, if you continue to read it. The Bible does not say 'the world will end'. In reference to when 'the end' will come, can easily be found and understood. "There will be wars and rumors of wars. Nation will rise against nation"...etc., but it continues.....do not be deceived. The 'end' is not yet. ....it goes on. 'When you see the Abomination of Desolation, as spoken of in the Book of Daniel....standing on the mount....then'......and it continues to describe what will happen, and when. All you have to do is read it to know, the Bible does not say it will end. This is a statement perpetuated by people who have misinterpreted much of what scripture actually says, to put fear in the lives of those who are supposed to be living in peace and joy. Joy is a gift of God. Fear is constantly put into people's minds to keep them receiving God's gift of joy, peace, happiness, etc. If you want the real answer, read scripture.

Only God Knows when He is coming. the only thing we need to do is to watch for that day so we can go to Heaven.

One theory, produced by theologians, is that the entire world will not come to an end as predicted in the Bible. There is a mistranslation, and it indicates the ending of an era rather than the ending of the world. This is just one of many mistranslations in the King James version. The end of an era could mean anything, but most seem to agree that it just indicates a great change rather than ultimate destruction. The different eras align with the zodiac. For example, the age of Taurus ended around the supposed time of Moses. When he came down from the mountain, he saw the people worshiping a golden statue of a bull-like creature. When he stopped this, it was considered the end of the age of Taurus. Also, the references to fish throughout the Bible have been linked to the age of Pisces. So, perhaps the world won't end. I don't see it ending because of divine intervention, but I could easily see a new era coming.

Hmmm...your point of view convinced me to think "will it end?" But on the other hand it is something I believe. Us humans will never know until it happens [If]. Thank you for your time!
