cheesy? We had pasta the other night with Afredo Sauce and broccoli. It was yummy and it got me to thinking of how many like one sauce or the other. What about you?

I would eat tomato sauce. I like the spices and I think it is good to eat the tomato in it for the vitamins. Alfredo sauce is creamy and a favorite in my house by the others who dwell here. I don't favor it, personally, because it is higher in fat and calories and really contains no nutrition of measurable wroth. Even so, spinach Alfredo or broccoli Alfredo seems like a good combination which at least mixes in some sort of vegetable. There is merit in that.

I like Marinara with diced tomatoes, and I like all kinds of tomato sauce but not if it has too much cheese in it. And I prefer it a bit on the spicey side, and also with fennel in it and a bay leaf. It is does not, I will put a bay leaf in and simmer it. I will also pan fry a little extra lean ground beef about l lb to a large can and stretch it a bit farther. And sometimes I will make meatballs instead. I do not like creamy sauce. My husband likes Ragu, but I find it a bit too sweet for me. I like Hunts the best. I have made some spaghetti sauce, and it has turned out fine, but it takes a while to do, so usually I just buy it.

I love to eat jalepeno peppers with just about everything I eat. I love tomatoes too but prefer them to be freshly grown tomatoes. I love cheese on alot of things too and some hot sauce. I love the spicy taste that it adds to my food that I am eating. The hotter, the better for me.

I mostly prefer Marinara without chunks. I do like alfredo sauce once in awhile. Serving it with chicken and broccoli makes it even better. I used to not like alfredo sauce at all, but I learned to like it. I think it might have just been the brand I had tried before.

Boy that really sounds good. I like Alfredo sauce also on spaghetti. That sounds like it is good on broccoli too like you mentioned. I like marinara sauce too but have not had that in a while. Hollandaise sauce is also a very good mixture to add to noodles and the like.
