I really don't care for them. I don't think they taste anything like what a real waffle tastes like. I bought some strawberry flavored one for my little granddaughter and she didn't like them either....however my other granddaughter that is coming for a visit next weekend loves them. Do you like frozen waffles that you put in the toaster?

I like Eggos. I liked the regular flavor Eggos.I liked them more than the waffles you make in a iron.

I think that Eggo's are the only brand that makes good frozen waffles. They have their own unique flavor. All the others, like you say, don't really taste like anything. I like to make my own (which is cheaper) and I just use the store brand pancake mix that you just add water to. When they are in the waffle maker I add chocolate chips on top of the batter and close the lid. The chocolate chips get baked into the waffle and they are soooo good! I make a lot at one time and store them in the fridge or freezer. I wrap a couple together in plastic wrap, so when someone wants waffles, all they have to do is take a serving out the freezer, pop it in the toaster and it's ready! Sometimes I do get hungry for the taste of Eggo's so I buy those for a change.

You are very ambitious. I like the homemade ones better too! I bought the store brand and they have no taste...even with supposedly strawberries in them.

This made me hungry for some, so I made some homemade yesterday and had them for breakfast today. Yum!!

I do not like them. They are nothing like the waffles that you make. My son likes them. He eats them about once a week.

I love frozen waffles. I love eating them right out of my hand with a little butter or peanut butter on them. They are a good snack. When I have them for breakfast, I put butter and syrup on them and top them off with an egg. It is awesome.

I like the taste of frozen waffles but if I had a choice I would rather the homemade ones. The frozen ones do taste different then the real thing. I wouldn't get a flavored one though not too crazy about them. They do have homesytle which are not bad and I try to get them. My daughter loves them.

I've never in my life eaten a frozen waffle! I just look at the price of them and think that for a bit of batter and some fruit it's too much! The trouble is, I know that if I bought them even just once and my son enjoyed them it would be just one more thing to add to the list of things that Mummy is too mean to buy!!

Actually I do like frozen waffles that are put in the toaster. Haven't tried the flavored waffles and that doesn't sound like something I would like to eat. I prefer my waffles with butter and maple syrup on them. Don't care to load the top with fruit of any kind.

The only frozen waffles I like are the blueberry ones. If I am only making them for myself I will use the toaster. If I am making a bunch I use the oven. I rarely buy them but I do like them. I have put vanilla ice cream on a toasted blueberry waffle before. Yum!

I much prefer fresh baked waffles rather than frozen ones. I think the frozen ones are pretty bland and only taste good if you load them with syrup and butter or some other flavorful topping. xD

In a word, no. And since I can't limit my responses to one word, I am obligated to tell you I make fresh waffles most mornings. It doesn't take long and they don't taste like they came out of a cardboard carton.

I think they are just 'ok'. They will do in a pinch. I like to make my own homemade and then put those in the freezer...they're pretty good that way. Taste better than the store bought ones, are cheaper, and are just as quick and easy.

frozen waffles are alright. however, they do taste much better with maple syrup or jam. i like pancakes better though. but then, when you're hungry, frozen waffles are great because they are ready in a jiffy. try putting some maple syrup over them and see if you like them any better. jams like orange marmalade, grape, strawberry etc. also make them taste good.

I love these as i cant cook so these are the only alternative for me. And they are so easy just throw em in the toaster and voila......even my kids can make them all by themselves.

I can eat them alright but I fully agree with you that they sure don't compare to ones made from scratch. Nothing ever beats homemade.

I like eggos that you put in the toaster but those waffles you make from batter in a waffle maker are sooo much better. The motel we usually stay at has one of those waffle irons and it makes great big waffles and they always taste soo good. My friend is going to buy one for her house she likes them so much.

Yes I do like frozen waffles but I barely eat them. I do put them in the toaster. Sometimes I will eat them with jelly instead of syrup. I prefer to have pancakes rather than waffles though. My mom buys the frozen waffles (just the regular kind) for my sister because she really likes them and are quick and easy to make her for breakfast.

I like frozen waffles for some reason. I dab alot of butter on them when I am having those. I haven't had them in ages though and have recently started making pancakes which I add butter to and then top with cheese. Yummy! I do miss those waffles though. I love the buttermilk ones and blueberry ones best!

Yes. If I have syrup on them I can tolerate them better. Some like jelly though!
