Who makes the best frozen meatloaf, ever?

In my book, the best frozen dinner meatloaf comes from Boston Market. Personally, I don't like eating frozen dinners often. But if I had to eat one, then it'd be from Boston Market. This evening, I split one with my daughter. I ate the meatloaf and she snacked on the mashed potatoes. There were no veggies. But I had those in the fridge. In your opinion who makes the best frozen meatloaf meals?

I don't think I've ever bought a frozen meatloaf. Guess I don't keep up with things very well, because I'm not sure I even knew you could buy them! :) When I make them, which isn't very often, I sometimes make two, then put one in the freezer for another time.

I'm going to have to get your recipe for meatloaf, if you're willing to share! I was going to ask for meatloaf recipes, but I think the subject might have been covered elsewhere. But I would still love a good homemade meatloaf recipe. It's the only thing I don't seem to be able to cook!

I will share the ingredients of my meatloaf as long as you don't tell my kids that it is healthy! I use 500g minced beef (I mince it myself), 3 eggs, 2 cups of fresh bread crumbs (8 slices broken up), 2 zuchinis grated, 2 carrots grated, 1 stalk of cellery grated, 1 pinch each of salt, pepper, thyme, cumin and curry powder. Mix all together and cook in a medium oven for 45 mins in a cake tin lined with baking paper. Let cool for 5 mins before you take it out of the tin and serve in slices with gravy and mash - yum!

Meatloaf is ground beef that has been cooked with egg and spices and other ingredients. I'm usually good about not eating beef. Just don't like beef. But for some reason I had meatloaf tonight. Just didn't have time for anything else!

I've never had frozen meatloaf. I always just make it myself. In fact, it's on my menu for sometime later this week. My toddler loves it! I usually make shells and cheese to go with it, too, so I think that adds to the appeal for him.

I should really make my own. I used to make the best homemade meatloaf. The frozen kind is always so greasy. I don't know why I put up with it.

meatloaf - I think that so long as it is well done, it would be the best frozen meatloaf to taste and consume.
Hello dear beauty queen. I just searched to find that meatloaf is a baked loaf of ground meat. Well, I am not so sure about it, but I think that so long as it is well done, it would be the best frozen meatloaf to taste and consume. I hope that you have already enjoyed it with your little daughter.

I had not considered that many of my friends around the globe would not know what a meatloaf was. I suppose it's because it's made with beef. We have a big beef industry here in the states. Personally, I don't like having beef meals too often, because some beef in the past has been contaminated. Not for me! But a friend of mine got very sick twice after eating beef burgers. So I have cut out beef dishes, for the most part. Thank you for your kind comments. Your friend BeautyQueen

I don't think we have frozen meatloaf available in Australia - but I don't know for sure but I will check it out next time I go shopping. I always make my meatloaf from scratch. The latest most yummiest way I have had it is I bought a big cob loaf and pulled out all the soft bread in the centre and stuffed the raw meatloaf mixture in that. I then cooked it as per usual. The meatloaf juices seeped out into the 'bread carcass' and it was so tasty and the meatloaf was nice and juicey! I don't know if this is a usual way to cook meatloaf but I cooked it after having a dream about it! One may say it was a prophetic dream cos it was tasty!

You really did that? That's a phenomenal way to cook. I'm always looking for new cooking ideas for my recipe blog. Might try to adapt this idea to a recipe. Thanks for the great tip.

The only frozen meat loaf I have ever had was in a Banquet TV dinner. It was not very good.

Yuck! I hate those things. They give all frozen dinners a bad name! They are banished from my house.

I have never tried a meatloaf frozen dinner. I have had meatloaf at Boston Market before and I do like it very much. I am not a big frozen dinner person but once in a great while I will try one. I never knew that Boston Market had packaged frozen meals. I will have to look for them in my grocery store.

I think most frozen meatloaf dinners are fairly crappy. i like Boston Market's food in general although it is expensive. I must confess I never tried their frozen meatloaf but you got me curious now I may have to.
