I found this link on my travels on the web today, thought maybe some of you might be interested in getting a free Arby's. You get a free Arby's on your birthday. You'll get a newsletter called Arby's extras to your email box, plus on your birthday you get a free Arby's beef n' cheddar. Do you like Arby's too? What's your favorite sandwich there? I like all their sandwiches, but I really love those curly fries with the extra hot cheese!! Yum! I think this is a nice offer, besides, they can pretty much count on a person buying more once they're in there lol. Here's the newsletter link if you're interested in a free birthday sandwich: https://secure.fishbowllocal.com/apps/arbys/join.asp

Awesome! I just signed up. I love Arby's. My favorite is the Beef n' Cheddar and the Jalapeno Bites with the Bronco Berry sauce on them.

MMMM, jalapeno! I hadn't noticed those there. I'll have to check them out...I wonder if they're like others I've had with the cream cheese filling?! Thanks for the tip! I don't know what the newsletter is like, but I figure they'll probably have even more coupons in it here and there besides the b'day one.

Ooooooooh!! Cream cheese in their jalapeno's...now I'm DEFINITELY going to have to check it out and see if my town's Arby's carries them. Thanks!

Yup! Cream cheese filling. I love them. Some Arby's have stopped carrying them though. The 2 closest to me still have them, but the ones by my brothers and sister do not have them anymore. I guess they did not sell enough of them to continue to carry them.

I love Arbys. I always check junk snail mail days for coupons for the fast foods. RIght now, Arbys has 3/$5 on their Cheddar Melts - that means three meals for me! I can eat for nearly 2 days on $5! Okay, I throw in a few chips from the DOllar Store, but for the most part - - - I always use the coupons - I keep them in my purse all the time. I can see what I have and plan on where to stop. No, I don't eat fast food constantly, but I think Arbys is one of the most "healthy" fast foods.

I always use the coupons for Arby's too. I get a new set in my local paper every few weeks and I usually keep them in the car. I hardly ever eat at a fast food place, but when I do go it's usually to Arby's. I do think that their sandwiches there are more healthy because their not fried and are natural roast beef. I like those cheddar melt deals too and I think they're a great price for what you get. I think they're really filling and tasty too :-)

I got some Arby's coupons in the newspaper just yesterday. It makes me want to straight to Arby's and get a Beef n' Cheddar or 3.

Thanks for the grat freebie, isn't it fun to find the good freebies. I love all of Arby's food too. They quit making one of my favorites, I miss the onion petals, those were good. I liked the onion petal sauce too.

You're welcome! Geez, I used to like those onion petals too, I don't remember the sauce though. The closest I can find to the onion petals are something this one restaurant calls 'blooming onions', close in taste and how they make them, but I liked the way Arby's seasoned and cooked theirs. Yes...I LOVE a good freebie lol! Hope you had a happy Labor Day weekend! Hugs, Joy

I think I had Arby's only a few times. We don't have Arby's in Toronto, so if we want to try it we have to go out of the city. I think there is one close by now - in Mississauga - but I am not sure. The times I have tried Arby's I liked it well enough. The sandwiches were good and they had a variety of choices that I liked.

We enjoy Arbys' and we were told by the dietician that if we wanted to eat out the best place to go is Arbys' because they have the fat free meat. Our all time favorite is beef n cheddar, it's the cheapest and it's good. I love the broccoli and cheddar potatoe to go along with the sandwich. Yum all you need is elbow room right?

Interesting! I always believed it was healthier (out of all the other fast food places out there.) It's nice to have a dietician confirm that belief. I think it's the fat-free meat that makes the huge difference. Yes, that broccoli potato is super! Thanks for your response and proof that it's a healthier choice :-)

I love Arby's but tend not to eat there. I stay away from fast food and besides the nearest Arby's is 30 miles away. They do have really good food though. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I love Arby's. They have such good bargens on the $5.95. My granddaughter eat there when we are near there at lunch time. Their sandwiches are so good but so big id you add the fries and drink. We like the Rubens on rye. We usually get a combo meal and split it because the sandwiches are too much for us.
