It's up to 35 degrees. My child really wants to go play in it. The snow is quickly becoming slush. WOuld you let your kids play in it anyway? Or wait for a better snow. We got a little less than 2 inches.

I would have probably at least let my kids go outside a run around in it for a little bit. I would let them know before going out that it is going to be messy and not expect to stay out long.

Sounds like it was here. We had rain for two days then had snow for two days..and we have a little under 2 inches also..would have had more but the ground was just to damp and it melted fast at first.

Hello ersmommy. It is so cool that you are already enjoying the snow, but we have not had the first snow yet. I am expecting to have and see the first snow this winter, but I think that it will probably come only in January and February as I am located in the south of China, which does not have snow so soon. I love to see everything covered with white snow, so beautiful. Enjoy yourself, friend.

Probably not, slushy snow.. cold and wet. I'd be concerned about them getting sick. I worry, perhaps, too much. I guess a little time in the snow would be fine.

So first i want to say that i have no child now.As a big boy i can remember that when i am a child,i have the same feelings. And my parents didn't want me to play outside, too. I think it's time for your child to enjoy the nature. But don't be too long,it's really easy to catch a cold.

That is wonderful. I wish we could see some snow. We are supposed to get some flurries tomoorw but not any kind of accumulation. I would love to see some to get in the Christmas spirit.

It's snowing here as I type my friend. My oldest went nuts when we got 2in last week. She's getting antsy to go out today. But alas I don't have the time to keep washing all her stuff and waiting for it to dry ect all before school tomorrow. She can play @ school tomorrow in the playground. Stay warm & dry!

I'd let her go play in it. She probably will lose interest after an hour, and the worst that will happen is she'll be soaking wet. My kids always want to play during the first snow fall, it's really exciting for them. Go ahead and let her, she's only a kid for a little while!

Let you child play in the snow. Too many children spend too much time indoors. They need to get out in the fresh air.

I remember playing in the snow when it barely covered the grass. I would let your kid play in it because it is a memorable occurrence. Regardless of how messy their clothes will get, you will definitely find joy within their hearts.
