When was the last time you had a Steak Dinner, My friend and I went out to eat, they had a special on Steak Dinners, so I purchase
one, I had the Steak the Salad and Bake potatoe, Roll it was really good, I couldn't eat all, I will save some for tomorrow. I don't usually buy Steak dinners they are too expensive but they had a special on it for Wed. Night. When was the last time you had a good Steak Dinner, did you eat out or have it at home? either way it is good. Don't you think? I know some of you don't eat red meat. But if you do tell me about it, and when you had it? It is nice to treat yourself sometime, you owe it to yourself!

Lol I cannot remember the last time I had steak for a meal, it must be years I am thinking. I do enjoy having a steak, but they are always so expensive when I go out that I always end up choosing something less expensive. I am glad you had a good meal though and enjoyed it. xx

I haven't had a decent steak in years! I sure miss a good steak! The trouble is, finances are so limited nowadays and we are still in this credit crunch that I'm kind of hoping that things improve so that I can purchase that long awaited steak. I guess I'm missing out on the vitamins and nutrients! I love steak with gravy and mashed potatoes as well as those tiny vegetables! This makes for a very nice meal! Andrew

Your dinner sure does sound good. Its been awhile since I had a good steak dinner. I am not a big steak eater, I am picky about steak, I like it tender. Its so expensive to get a good steak in a restaurant. I am too cheap to buy the good ones for home, they cost too much too. The salad and baked tater sounds really good too.

It does sond good doesn't it! When I come to T. we will have some I am not joking. we don't have to go to Restraunt we can go and buy it and cook it. I will be sooner than you think. When I say somethinng I mean it! Believe that! I hope all is well with you too!

i haven't had a steak dinner for ages now... it just costs too much for me... but now that you reminded me, i will start buying steak meat in the supermarket and cook steak tonight... :-) i bet you enjoy your steak a lot as it sounds yummy... take care and have a nice day...

Enjy your SteK DINNER, iT IS NICE TO TREAT YOURSELF SOMETIMES, YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF, it is expensive though. Maybe you can fine some on sale.

I enjoy a good steak from time to time. Probably the last time I had a 'real' steak was about 5 years ago at a restaurant. Not sure what it was cooked in or served with, but it must have been yummy or I wouldn't have eaten it! lol.
I have the knowledge of what it takes to get just 1 steak to the table, and when you understand how much work goes into it, the steak always tastes even better. It also means, I know how to pick a good steak and the not so good steaks. I'm very fussy about my food as it is, and if I get a dud steak, then I'm not going to be very happy.

It's only been a couple of weeks since we made some at home. I don't usually get steak when I go out to eat. I'd rather have something I can't make at home. (For some reason I think it's a bigger treat lol.) I'm lucky that when I am able to get steak, it's usually from one of my farming friends who give me some of their home grown beef for it. It's a whole lot different than what you get at the store, or at a restaurant, because it's 100% natural and grain fed. I'd rather have that then any kind of steak purchased because it's more tender, and more flavorful. I'm glad you got to treat yourself! You deserve a nice time out like that!

I love a good steak dinner. When we go out for dinner my hubby will usually order steak while I order seafood. I prefer to cook my steak on the bbq grill at home. You get the best flavor and don't pay as much for it as you would in a restaurant.

Hi You know It, Steaks are really good on the grill and you don't even have to tenderize them I notice that. I don't eat them that often but they are good on the grill or eating out, or just cooking them at home, How are you I hope you have a good Year for 2009!

My cousin bought some steak she didn't like it she gave me about 8 packages, I found them delicious so I had one for supper to night actually.

Wow, Lucky for you why would she buy all those Steaks and don't want them? You should try sautee them with butter onions and mushrooms, boy is that good!

Hey Steph, they are excellent on the grill, I don't know why they seem more tender on the grill, you ever try them with B.B.Q sauce on them it is so good! They say red meat is not good for you but I don't care what no one saids steak is always good!

I do not eat red meat now, but my husband does. I usually fix steak for him at least once a week. When I was younger and eating steak, there was a steak house across the street from where I worked. Maybe twice a month a few of us girls would treat ourselves, usually on a pay day.
You brought back memories, we would have steak a baked potato, salad, I usually had blue cheese dressing, and garlic toast. It was always so good. When I was eating steak, I think I preferred to eat it from a restaurant rather than make it myself.

Hi, I have no idea when I went out for a steak dinner. It must have been at least 3 months ago. I prefer going out for Mexican Food but I always get steak Fajitas.I had Steak Fajitas sunday evening.The restaurant knows me and my order and one time I order a ground beef taco and the server asked for the kitchen crew is I was feeling alright.

The last time I ate a steak dinner out was about a month ago when my mom took my boyfriend and i out to eat at a local steak house. They are the best in town and it was really good but also very expensive. We dont go out to eat like that much at all. I had steak at home about 2 nights ago when my stepfather fixed steak for dinner and my mom made baked potatoes to go with it. It was great. I always smother my steak in A1 because its the BEST.

Welcome to Mylot sometimes you can get a special on staeak dinners, depending on where ou go, can you look in the paper and get coupons for it? I think it is cheaper to buy steak and cook it at home but sometimes it is nice to get out and eat one, but the only way I will do that is the Steak Dinner has to be reasonable. Yes I like to sautee mine with butter onions and mushrooms. I like Steak Sauce too. Happy Mylotting! You will enjoy it here.

Oh boy, I miss my steak dinners, I've been a vegetarian for the past few months. Its fine for the first couple months but then the urges set in and you really want meat! Its alright though I'll stick to my amazing boilled carrots which I enjoy equally as much... alright maybe a little less

I had my last steak dinner in early November before I left to join my husband in the UK. Here I rarely eat steak because as I have said to my kids in the USA - you look at the steak here and ask yourself, " Do I try to eat this or sole my shoes with it." Compared to our steak in the USA this here can be compared to shoe leather, even and expensive steak. My husband loves it when we get to the US - steak is his first request for a meal.

We had T bone steaks last weekend. My guy grills, and boy can he cook. His steaks are better than any you'll get in a restaurant. Actually, just about everything he cooks is better. We had baked potatos and salad to go with it. And the dogs got to sit on the back porch and enjoy the bone afterwards. LOL

yes i totally agree with your words of “you owe it to yourself”, we should treat ourself good , if ourselves don‘t , who can? so we always cooking by ourslves and enjoy delious dishes everyday???but now??i still don‘t have supper because i don’t want to cook myself alone now???

steak for dinner my favorite sometimes have eat dinner but
like u said expensive same also here,i like steak chicken
commonly i don't eat red meat like toast steak for me
if the meat is red yet something like they have blood on it
ussually eat for dinner,pasta and sometimes banana only
