Are U On Medication/How Many Pills U Take A day?

Yes, I take prescription medicine each day. I think 8 or 9 pills a day. Plus a medicated leg patch that cut in two pieces and use each day.

I'm not on prescription medicine but I take aspirins and Tylenol sometimes for my headaches that seems to pop up from out of nowhere. Actually I'm suppose to be taking prescription iron pills coz I'm anemic and have really low blood. I guess I just keep forgetting to get a prescription from my new doctor for iron pills. Most of the time I have zero energy so I have to force myself to do everyday things. Those pills suppose to give me more energy and boost my blood count. I need to get some more. Thanks for reminding me. Silly me always forgets.

Hello,Chevee! I am seventy years old and excepting a tablet for high blood pressure I never swallow any other medicines.I try my best to maintain fitness by dieting and walking a few kms daily in the evening.thanx.

With tremendous pride, I can report that I take eleven pills a day. I'm proud, because for several years, the number was hovering right around fifty! My health is terrible, but I've learned how to control a number of conditions without pills, and I'mreally glad!

Thank god, I am not on any medication. Every morning I drink an ounce of goji juice, it is supposed to be good for cholesterol. Whenever I remember to , I will take a vitamin pill. Just reminded me, I did not take my goji yet. I take aspirin every now and then when I have a headache, or some sort of ache or pain.

I take 1 multivitamin a day and I get headaches alot so I usually take about 4 tylenol a day. Not all at the same time of course.

I am on 2 medications and a few supplements. I am sometimes taking 2 meds and 4 different vitamins.

Hi chevee,I am sorry to know that you have high cholesterol and high BP. I am sure you must be taking one pill per day under competent doctor advice only. If your brother is taking 11 pills per day,it is because his doctor prescription may be like that. It is not necessary to have same prescriptions for everybody for the same problem. Your readings of LDL level may be different from that of your brother.Even the pills may be different or of different strength.Even the conditions of your body may be different. The doctor takes so many factors into consideration before prescribing any medicines. So please don't compare the medicines.When you check up next time,if your readings are not improved,then you may change your doctor. Mean while try to maintain your food as doctor prescribed such as low fat,low salt etc.Also go for walking as directed by your doctor. Best wishes for your quick recovery.

I am not on any medications at all and I am so very thankful for that.. My husband, on the other hand, takes about 12 a day for high blood pressure, cholesterol, fluid pills, pain medications and a few others.. He has gotten off of one of his cholesterol medications and is trying to lose weight and get off of the blood pressure medication.. I sure do hope he can, he has to take a few in the morning and a few at night..

i take 14 pills a day. all precription but for an aspirin & the dr. told me to take that.

I personally only take vitamins each day but my husband has several medical problems so he takes a lot of prescription medications. I have one of those weekly pill containers that have four compartments for each day...that's how often he takes something.

Hey chevee! I also have high blood pressure and high cholesterol too. I take one pill a day for the high cholesterol. I take 2 different meds a day for the high blood pressure. They both seem to be under control so thankfully the medications and my watching my diet seem to be working! And I try to keep my stress level down as much as possible, although that I am not always totally in control of!
