Chocolate covered potato chips, ever had them?

Ever made them? Apparently you can buy them in milk and dark chocolate. These days I prefer dark chocolate. Not too sure about the chips though. My sis in law makes chocolate covered pretzels. Those are good. Do you have a recipe? Would you prefer milk or dark chocolate?

I haven't tried to eat the potato chips like this way. But it is impossible to taste bad as both of them are very yummy. I like chocolate and potato chips. I think they will make a good match. I love China

I have never tried these. I guess they are like any other salty chocolate treat. I imagine they might be similar in execution to many types of trail mix which have chocolate and salty peanuts mixed together. I don't know that I am inspired to give them a try, however, as it seems to be mixing bad with already bad in terms of fat content. Sadly, I am past the age and weight where I can indulge in such experiments.

I have tried them they aren't so bad. I prefer the milk chocolate ones though. I also loved chocolate cover pretzels especially white chocolate ones. Dark chocolate is better for us I know but milk chocolate just calls my name..

I like the pretzel chocolate combination, so would probably like the chocolate covered chips, but have never tried them. I prefer dark chocolate in most things. Where did you find these? Are they in the candy aisle or chip aisle?

I actually did once. They're not as bad as I thought they would be. I prefer dark chocolate. I guess it's the mix of sweetness and saltiness that make it so tasty. Just like chocolate covered pretzels. I don't often eat such things though.

I would prefer them in Milk chocolate. I have never had them, but I have seen them before. I guess there is no real recipe for them. You just dunk them in chocolate. A chocolate with a little wax or shortening in it.

Yes, I love chocolate covered potato chips. There's something about the combination of sweet and salty that's just absolutely delicious. Hershey's sells their own brand of chocolate covered potato chips, and I used to buy them frequently. I haven't seen them in awhile, the store I shop at doesn't carry them. But whenever I do see any brand of them, I do get them as a treat. I prefer the chips to the pretzels, but I can eat the pretzels sometimes too.

just imagining how potatoes would taste with chocolate coat doesn't seem so nice. LoL. But for other chocolates, I would always, always prefer it bittersweet (dark chocolate), but milk chocolate has its own place in my heart. Hehe

okay that's new, but I can't say I can diss it. Are these chips salted? I'd assume so, but I know some have less and some have more. Are they home made chips or are they store bought. It sounds interesting. Not sure whether I'd pick milk chocolate or dark chocoalte.
