Do You Feel Like Crying For No Reasons??

Sometimes when i find no room to hide enough of my frustrations and my overflowing emotions..i cry out. i love to cry when i cannot pretend more to be strong around the crowd of my life.I usually cry alone, i never share my thoughts or my inner feeling with anyone, when i am upset i like to be left total alone, because somethings are always loved to be kept till ourselves, may it be hidden even from my mom.Or any of the worlds best friends.Well do you even cry sometimes for no reasons? or just think of some past and some of your hidden hurt or pain which makes you ooze out those forced tears? Do you share your tears with someone's shoulder? or prefer to be alone?

I never cry, come what may. I believe I am tough enough to handle any situation and living in a hostel for the past few years has helped me mature. I do get disappointed, angry and frustrated at times, like any other human being but I do not show it. I try to find out the reasons for it and take the appropriate corrective measures. I never share my grief with anyone else, just like you do.

Well personally I think over all, there is always times when all of us have experienced this a time or two. The main issue is how we let it effect us, and how we deal with things from there. From time to time as others have expressed it is Good to go be alone somewhere and have a Good Cry and a lot of times you will feel a lot better afterwards. I know occassionally I will do this, and even sometimes take a short nap just to personally regroup my thoughts, etc. as well.

hey archie0 nice question. its general tendency of human being no matter how strong he or she is sometimes he/she will feel like lossing the things although she/he doesn't loose anything. the thing is that no one wants to get revealed his/her weakness. if you are crying at public place or sharing with other then might be they can make fun of it its very rare that you will get right shoulder to share your feelings. although sometimes i cry alone when i feel i have to balance my happiness with these tears else i would love to share my feelings with my girl friend and she is so understanding that i even share small small funny things with her too

I feel like crying all the time, but crying is a waste of energy, and serves no productive purpose, so I am not one that cries...The amount of time I spend crying about a problem is time that I could be working to solve it...

I have cried in dire circumstances, and I am sure I will cry again in the future at some point, but for most problems in everyday life, I don't see the point in crying over them. It is usually better to spend that energy trying to find a solution to the problem rather than crying over it.

Whats productive and non productive about feelings???? i think a person should not be so invovled only in practical being otherwise he can never understand what his actuall needs in life are, it is very important to cry sometimes.

I usually prefer to cry alone, unless it's an overwhelming event where I can't control myself. Usually happens when I'm watching something or reading something that stirs my emotions, happy or sad. I, at times, cry for both reasons. But I don't cry too often. I think, that if I would cry on someone's shoulder, it would have to be someone I would be in love with, but at this time I don't have anyone like that. But it's ok, I'm still happy!

Many things move me and try to bring tears in my eyes.Especially a very good music.a great speech and a baby's gesture and things like these. And I think that these are reason enough to get moved. But I never cried on failures or pains. They just make me harder and firmer and makes me resolve to be better.

There are times when I feel like crying and I have no idea why. Sometimes it is hard to just let go when I want to cry for no reason. I mean some people think I am weird for wanting to cry and not know why. I think there are times when we cry over the past pains or just need a good old cry.

Hi Archie! I also feel that 'crying' alone in a room is the best option to vent out one's frustration and releasing pent up emotions. One feels lighter and releived, once s/he has cried. There is no harm in crying as tears also cleanse our eyes. dpk PS - I sent you a request for add, it is still pending?

When I feel lonely and sad and upset about things I have a good cry to myself. If something bad has gone wrong I tend to think of other things which have gone wrong in my life as well which I know makes it worse so I end up crying even more. I've even cried so much that I haven't been able to make myself cry anymore no matter how hard I tried. Crying is our own way of getting things out and it sometimes makes us feel a lot betetr for it as well.

Being a male I haven't cried till now except when I used to get beatings by my Dad when I was young.I dont know how one feels good after a good long cry?hahaha...It is just a reason from the women to tell as they cant keep on crying. At some point of time they have to stop crying. For that they say they are OK orelse I dont see any logic for them to say tehy are OK after crying.

It feels good, because one who cries knows the meaning why he is crying, for what reason. may be that is so true male has stone heart, i get a example too..lol

It all depends for me. Sometimes I prefer to be alone and others I would want to have a shoulder to cry on. I think it is normal to cry for no reason, cause even if you think there is no reason there is one, even if you don't know it at the time. You just need a good cry sometimes.

yes you are right, there are many hidden things past or present which can never be forgotten or made the greatest effects on life, so you need to cry for no reason.. :)

I often cry for things that I am upset about. I am a very emotional person and recently a man friend said something to me about being emotional. I told him, as the tears were going down my face over something we were discussing and disagreeing over, that I am a very emotional person and this is me, as he was telling me that he isn't emotional. It did cause me to wonder if he will be able to deal with me? Most of the time when I do my crying, I am alone, but it doesn't always take much for me to start. It sometimes doesn't take much for my feelings to be hurt and the tears are my outlet. My mother once told me, years ago, that my kidneys were too close to my eyes!! I think that I am too sensitive and take things too personally plus I have yet to learn to deal with the ways of men, although I am a grown woman with children and grandchildren, but have yet to find a man who understands me or that I understand, and that often brings ME to tears but in a very private way.

after reading you i must say you don't cry for no reason. there are frustration or hidden emotions that that are burried deep inside your heart. yo are unable to share them with anyone so you you need to vent them out in the form of tears. i too keep my feelings to myself and when they start bothering me too much i tend to hide my face under a pillow and weep out everything aat night. next mornign i am fresh to start again.

Sometimes i am so depressive that i wanna cry out .I don't know why ,maybe crying out is a good way to set the sadness and dysphoria free.that's not a sign of weakness,in my opinion.^^

Crying for no reason may cause other people to think you're insane. That's possible, and with that, I would rather cry, alone in my room, and make sure no one's hearing me.
