Do you enjoy laying in the sand?

I sure do, moneymommy, especially if I have the time to do so. Apart from being relaxing, it's also comforting and soothing to just listen to the rise and fall of the waves and forget about your worries, if only for a fleeting while. Unfortunately, though, given the demands of my current job, I don't have the needed time to do just that. Stay positive and Happy myLotting, nonetheless!

we love going to the beach here, but with our winters our beach time is really only between memorial day and labor day... we get to go in a very short time so when we do we try to get the most out of it!!! laying in the sand is nice, give me a nice comfy blanket, a book, and a bag of goodies...and I am in heaven!!!!

It's been since I was kid that I have been to the beach and in the sand. I do like a nice blanket and an umbrella .. I love to swim...

Actually the beach is just 5 minutes away from my apartment but I have never been to the beach over there after I got married. Before married was about 5 times but after marriage is zero times. I don't really mind not going to the beach as it is hot during the day time. Even though at night there is breeze and fresh air but there are mosquitoes and it's quite dangerous out there at night even though you are with friends as people has gotten robbed before. So I don't really mind not going to the beach to lie down besides I don't like my feet to get sand.

no beaches around here. i like to lay out in the sun or use to. i wouldn't like just lying the sand w/out a blanket or something.

I like to go to the beach but I don't like to get sand everywhere so I have to have something to spread over the sand. You have to be so careful these days with people littering and all that and even in the water on some beaches you could step on something.

I really love beaches, whenever I go I stand a little distant where waves can come and wet my feet but I am far enough that they do not drench me completely, I can keep on standing hrs and hrs wetting my feet.

I do like to visit beach and to lay on the sand and relax myself. I sometimes visits beach and take a bath in the sea water and then lie on the sand and dry myself. I feel very relaxed while spending time in the beach. When I was young, I used to build castles and houses in the sand and I think this was really fun to do.

I love laying in the sand and sun. It's very relaxing and the sun always makes me feel better. I wish I lived near a beach that I could go to year round.

i grew up where there was a beech now i live in an area that has no beech . i sometimes miss that very much just lieing in the sand .i dont know if i will ever get to do that again.injoy it if that is something you are able to do.

Do I ever! Laying in warm sand by a lazy rolling surf is one of the best feelings :) I love to go to the beach and thankfully live near the shore, so during the summer months I try to make it to the beach as much as possible. I wish I could be laying in the sand right now, listening to the surf, reading a good book and relaxing myself into a light nap... mmm, so nice! Great topic :) Happy mylotting!

Hi moneymommy..I sure do!..There is nothing more relaxing then laying at the beach and listening to the lull of the waves and birds overhead...(as long as they dont drop any presents!),,If its a chilly day, I love to lay on the nice warm sand. I love the real powder soft white sand as well. It feels nice to the skin...THe picture below is my and my daughterinlaws feet at the beach this summer!! The rest of our bodies were there too!!

I dont like sand! its itchy it sticks to you it ends up in places it nshould never be and cats go to the bathroom in it

Yes, just like you ,I like to relaxing at beach and lay in the sand. I enjoy the feelings laying on sand under the sun. Sometimes I hold a sand with my hands, looking it escape slowly from my hands. That kind of feeling is very satisfied. Good luck and happy mylotting.
