Hillary Clinton has broken her elbow at the white house where she fell badly. Have you ever had something broken? How did it happen and what was it you broke? Do you feel sorry for her?

Of course I feel sorry for her, just as I would feel sorry for anyone who suffers a painful break. The only thing I've ever broken in my life have been objects...glasses, plates, etc...but never any of my bones. (Knock on wood)

This one will turn hot because I am hot. Oh btw, i forgot the topic of this subject... was it about breaking bones? Heck, it was, I'd say my heart gets broken when this one doesn't reach hot :(

Last September I fell down some concrete steps, hit my head and broke my nose. That's the only time I ever broke anything and I was very, very lucky. A slight twist of the head and I'd probably not be here. As it turned out a nose is not a bad thing to break. If it still works okay and looks okay, all you do is wait for the bones to knit together. Don't even need a cast or anything. Just an awfully lot of blood loss at the time of the fall which is scary but not painful.

I'm glad you're still alive mate. I've had terrible blood loss too when I got hit on my forehead by an object during which a big vein in my nose got damaged. But that's not compared to your fall.

So you don't care about her being a well known person? She's indeed a human too and I can't say I care too much either about her being a well known person AND breaking her elbow. I totally understand you.

I had a broken skull as a result of riding in a car without a seat belt(there were six kids in the back seat. Probably not enough belts.) I had to have a metal plate put into my head to cover the place that was injured. I think Hillary is probably the victim of osteoporosis. She is getting older, her bones are probably brittle. I feel sorry for anyone who breaks a bone. It is painful.

Ouch, metal plate in your head doesn't make you attractive to say the least.

That's not a nice thing to say. I'm sure clrumfelt is still beautiful. It's not like the plate is on the OUTSIDE and even if it were, saying she's not attractive is really a mean thing to say.

My leg was broken when I was four years old. I was hit by a car. Broken bones are not a fun thing so yeah, I can dole out a bit of sympathy.

broke my arm is a nasty fall once, physical pain is underated because you forget about it later but i remember that i couldn't stop screaming for a bit and i'm usually very stoical. and of course i feel sorry for anyone who's had a nasty break.

Hi, diamania! That is sad about Hillary Clinton.... I have never had something broken on my body part before... I hope that nothing like this happens. I think that I would be scared to feel this kind of pain... Well I do feel sorry for her, but I am not crying over her.. But, I do hope that she feels better real soon.
