I guess my daughter is going through a growth spurt. She woke up at 5:15 am hungry. My hubby creeped out of bed and gave her a granola bar. She went back to bed for a bit. Then woke up and had cereal, then toaster waffle, 1/2 hour passes now she has some ham. Have your kids ever had a never ending hungry day?

She really likes her carbs huh? My kids do that some days. Other days they wake up and do not want to eat anything. It just depends on the day.

Just what I was thinking. Sounds like she is on a carb bender. I have those days, but they usually end up with me hunkered in front of a bowl of icecream, shamefully (but unapologetically) indulging.

That sounds just like my little sister I swear she eats every 1/2 hour sometimes. But doctor says she is having a growth spurt so she tends to eat way more..I don't know where she puts it sometimes..

My son took two bottles of formula and one bowl of rice cereal this morning before my wife even woke up. I think that qualifies as a growth spurt. (I am still really tired from getting up and feeding him. Sigh.)

My kids typically eat a lot, especially my boys. They'd probably surprise you with how much they eat. I often worry that the babies aren't eating enough, but they probably are, I'm just so used to my boys eating so much. What your daughter has had so far today would still be nothing compaired to my kids... and they aren't at all fat either, just energetic!

My son has that every now and then. Its easily noticeable in him considering his usual eating habits. My son is a picky eater and doesn't seem to eat alot so when he does eat every couple of hours thats when I notice. Its been a war lately with getting him to eat.

My daughter used to do this all of the time. She ate us out of house and home and never gained an ounce LOL. I could not keep enough food in the house at the time. She finally grew out of it.
