Some here know I have posted many photos of me in various baseball caps, stocking caps, and hats. Well here's a new one for you all. Remember the cartoon Cecil and Beanie from the 60's? This is a cap of that nature. Don't you love my beanie cap? Do you recall the cartoon Cecil and Beanie at all? HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Since I was born late '60s, I never watched them but recall my husband and his parents mentioning them. Been waiting for this discussion so I can see your cap. lol

Varigated Silver ornamental grass - A perennial that I discovered is really good for blocking out all weeds. Looks nice as well but does get tall and will actually choke out other small desirable plants as well. Good as a background for tall plants like you see here or around tall evergreens.
I meant you can fly while Minnie drives your wife. lol That way you can look out for construction ahead to warn Minnie to detour. Would you like some of the Varigated Silver grass as well? Before you say yes, look at the description I put under the picture.

Yes I do remember the cartoon, I used to watch it. The hat looks real good on you. I wish I had one to. Where ever did you fine that hat? I know my grandson would like one to.

I have no dea where to get one. This was left by a familys child at my wifes work. Had to get a shot before they returned to get it back. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

I do recall them......I can't say for sure any type of cartoon that stuck out in my head but I remember seeing them on tv......I think my sister probably still has some memorabilia from them......

hi grandpa bob I used to have one of those in a blue, and I'really loved the silly thing,I havent thought of those in years, I' think I remember Cecil and Beanie. I should anyway. Happy mylotting back at you. glad to see you back on mylot' Grandpa Bob, dont let the dumb trolls get to you. okay?.

I do not remember the cartoon, Cecil and Beany at all. I must not have been born or old enough to watch it in that time frame. That is cute though. It is so playful also.

I vaguely remember them... Cecil was some sort of sea serpent? I made a propellor beanie for one of my cats, long ago and far away.

I remember Beanie and Cecil! In fact, the street I live on is named Cecil which I thought was amusing when I decided to buy the house. That's such a cute beanie!! I wish we had cartoons now like we had back then. They were a lot of fun and didn't preach to the kids or talk about political issues. Kids were allowed to have fun back then.
