Erap and Binay tandem in 2010

Erap is not convicted criminal and plunderer, my friend. The only case that convict him is hueteng...Court did not find any evidence that erap is a criminal and plunderer. We cannot blame our poor people if they vote for erap, again. Because they think erap, will only be their last resort to help them...But I like Binay not Erap. Have a nice day!

Erap is not convicted with plunder. He is only convicted of accepting bribes from hueteng and perjury. They find no evidence in that case...

In my opinion, my friend. People is not fooled by popularity. People seeking only who's really their Robin Hood. Due to the injustice system of the present government. If the present government done more to the needy I think they are not seek some people they think who cares them more...This is due to poverty not popularity. Have a nice day!

Its not about the elite since Erap belongs to the elite people masking as pro poor but he himself belong to the elite group of people.

I know that he is belong to the elite group but most of the alliance of Gloria, then is an elite personalities that funding those people rally against Erap. All materials to press down Erap, then is provided by elite personalities to make sure Erap, was comes out to be bad in sight of the people...So they are successfully oust Erap...

I also doubt about Erap, if he is capable of run the country again. Because in the past two years of his administration will see how people love him but elite personalities don't want him to be in the position. If he win again I think he will remove again by the elite group using their money to pay more rallyist in the street...

I dont know much about the law and I said its only my opinion. And going back to my statement with laydee, read the words carefully, I did not mention that the poor are foolish, I said" they can be fooled by money". I even mention that any tandem is good, did I said any disappointment with the government? I am discussing what a politician is,I have even heard a sentiments from a neighbor that during the campaign the politician was willing for a handshake and when he was voted, you are not allowed to see him anymore. My only comment with erap was he wont win and that is again an opinion. And if later that he wins its good for him and hopefully that he'd learned his lesson what a president must be. In my opinion is that Erap, is not disqualified because under the constitution the only president that serve four year terms. Erap is serve only two years in office and the constitution provide xxx that no president shall seek no re-election if the terms of office can be served....Have a nice day!

Hello edujccz, I don't know if there are people being die because of Erap, foolishness. Erap is good for the people most especially the poor and I think those people is not fool. You know my friend, smart people is sometimes being fool and fool people sometimes being smart. I know Willie, as irresponsible in all the aspect of life. He is always suspended by the MTRCV because of his words that he never thinks if that is really hurt others or not...Our poor people is the real victims in that case because in their hope to get some they get disasters...We should learn that we don't much align in those show who gives money that to show how we are very much fool because of money...The show of Willi is not educational and I see it very destructive to lives of every individual because their rights is not respected in there...

If you read the constitution,my friend. The only specific terms there is no re-election for those served their terms in office. Erap is only two years in office and the constitution is clear...no re-election for those succeeded or finished their terms in more than four years. If Erap, is finished four year terms of office he is no longer seek re-election. But in his case...He only served two years...This is my views, my friend. Just wait for the interpretation of the supreme court about this case...

We admit that erap, has the power to gain support from the people most especially from the poor. But I don't think if he win the legality of his re-election...?

Hello LetranKnight25, Erap is not ousted in office if not because of the businessmen and gloria ally that funding of his outed in office then. People going into rally then is fool by money of rich people. But if Erap, is wise enough in that particular event in his life...He is not ousted from office. He maybe prefer to run because he learn from his mistake and try his luck again that if he win. He is not allowed that the past happening in his life will not happen again...
