Does your weight bother you?

I was about 55 kg when i was in high school because I had a lot of activities, such as camping, hiking, playing basket ball, etc. But now when i am in college, i have less activities. I never play basket ball anymore. So my weight was increased rapidly. I am about 65 kg now. My friends told me that I am getting so fat. But honestly, it doesn't bother me at all. I still enjoy with myself. Thank God that my boyfriend doesn't really care about my weight too ..:} What about you? Do you have a problem with your weight?

Right now I am still about 35 lbs over weight. About 5 years ago I was around 80 lbs over weight and to be honest I knew I was over weight but had no idea until my husband, my kids and I were at the lake one day and I decided to take a bunch of pictures and then when I got home and uploaded them to my computer and looked at them I then reslized how over weight I was. I decided then that I needed to lose some weight so I went on a 1500 calorie diet and managed to lose 45 of those extra pounds but I then stopped the diet and even though i still need to lose that extra 35 I have managed to keep that lost weight off for 4 years now. I am just big in the stomach area, my arms, legs and face aren't big...I just look like I have been about 5 months pregnant for years now LOL

I am happily married with two young children and don't have time to be so sexified LOL my husband and I have both put on a few extra pounds but we are still very much happy with one another and how I see it is if other don't care for my extra few pounds they can turn the other way LOL

I have had 2 kids. And I am trying to lose the weight. It is harder than I thought. It does bother me. Because I do feel better at a lower weight. So I will just keep plugging away until I lose it.

until you keep on thinking that losing weight is hard then you will have problems doing just that. i have lost 20 lbs already and i can't say that it's a breeze but i've managed. yes, we will all feel better at a lower weight. i am still overweight but have managed to fit into regular-sized clothes. the key is do not starve yourself. if you're craving for something, eat an alternative like popcorn for fries or eat what you're craving but only a little.

sometimes it does, though i am not that overweight but what bothers me more is the fact that i am overweight at the top region while my lower region is not overweight and as a man i heard that that is not ideal, fat is supposed to be distributed all over the body and not at the upper region only

My weight is 59 kg. Height is 63 cm. It is ok. I am neither over-weight nor under-weight. Just prefect.

63cm in height? oh, I think that you mean 163cm rather. If it's the case, you're nice in asian eyes, but for the europeans, you're starveling.

I have been up to 96 kg before I understood I needed to do something about it. Not I'm 75 kg and a bodybuilder so there's a lot of muscle in those kg. Thing is you boyfriend doesn't really care about your weight and I'm really glad he loves you for the person you are, not the body you have, but your body and your health do care about your weight. When climbing stairs will become difficult, when you'll pant just to get out of a chair, when your fav clothes won't fit anymore, when you will have back pain and want to loose weight to get rid of it but you'll be unable to move enough...then you'll understand what a healthy weight means. And only then.

My weight does bother me. I started gaining weight when I was in my late twenties and discovered a hormonal imbalance. I tried dieting, exercising but I would put off a few pounds but gain it back after a few days. Like you, my husband does not care if I weigh a lot.

Generally, I don't have any problems with my weight.. though sometimes, I try to lose some, specially if I'm going to a vacation or something.. My boyfriend, is also not bothered with my weight, though sometimes he tells me that my tummy is getting bigger or my arms are getting bigger ( which is actually true. hehehe. ).. anyway, he just lets me be, and he just lets me eat what I want.. hehehe.

Yes, I have a big problem with my weight. I have for most of my life. I was super skinny when I was young, but as soon as I hit 10 it was like all the baby fat came back. I ballooned up horribly, and I haven't been able to lose it since. However, I finally took action [because I'm a good 100 pounds over where I should be] and started a blog about my efforts to lose the unwanted pounds! [It's on my profile page as my website, haha!] I don't think you should listen to your friends. If you feel comfortable at your weight then you go! =]

I dn't have a problem with my weight. but it bothers me that I have more fat on the lower part of the body than the upper part of the body. I can't wear shorts or skirts. And It's not easy for me to buy pants because my waist is small but my butt and legs are big. When the pants fit my waist, it's too tight for my butt and legs. T_T

No...not at all.. my height is 1.67 mtrs and my weight is 53 Kgs only...I use to play tennis 8-10 hrs a week and that causes to much stress for my body...I sleep for around 8 hrs a day but still I think I don't get enough rest so my weight has been reduced. 1 year back my weight was 65 Kgs, I used to go to gym then which I have left 7 months back...I don't have any problem with my weight...I am healthy...

well for almost 5 years i never bothered with my weight. i mean i never bothered to check on my weight. there's an occasional wake up signs like when i see pictures after some party or get together and then i go on with my life. so i never stepped on a scale and in the few times that i did, i cringe and then life goes on. that is - until i've gained a whooping 40 lbs. i used to think oh it's okay it's because i'm now a mommy and that i shouldn't feel the need to look great. but now that i'm not getting any younger and we plan to have another kid, i just woke up from my dazed state and decreased the amount that i eat and increased my exercise. i woke myself up from my dazed state after looking at a very, very large version of me on my ID.

I used to be bothered with my weight before. I stand 5'7" but i just weigh 50kg and i was underweight moderate according to the nutritionist. I am too slim and they said that I look sick because I am so thin. So I ate a lot and take 9hours of sleep and some food supplements. After 3 months i just gained 3 kilos and that's 53. But now I'm weighing 56kg because I am three months pregnant

my weight is a big factor that i am conscious about. whenever my weight goes up, i am really bothered and hate myself for gaining weight. why? because i can't wear the things that i used to wear, and it is really a waste of money to buy new things because my old stuff won't fit me anymore.

I have no problem with my weight. I am 120 pounds, or 54 kilograms. I always stay fit, and plan to when I age. But I advise you to keep your weight low because too much of America is overweight.
