What is the Nicest Thing a myLot Friend ever Did for You?

One of my newer myLot friends recently noticed that I had not posted any discussions lately, and went back through five pages to find one of my old discussions to revive. Wasn't that sweet? Another myLot friend drew a lovely sketch of my kitchen--in perspective, yet. Let's see. When somebody made a false accusation against me here in the "public" a myLot friend risked her own rating to jump in and set out the facts in no uncertain terms.
Another case was when a close relative joined myLot just for me. Others have given me information about great online earning opportunities, products to buy, even household tips.
Many of you regularly say nice things that brighten my day, miss me when I'm away, and do favors for my other myLot friends. Too cool.
Well, did I miss anything? I know some of my myLot friends have met in person and bought each other lunch and visited in one another's homes. Do you have any nice things to add?
What have myLot friends done to make your membership here more fun and interesting?
PS: I drew y'all a cartoon.

Hi, drannhh. I'm quite new to myLot, and all I could say is I love this community. I love the interaction among us myLotters here. When I started one discussion, there was this myLot newbie who really liked the topic that she told she wanted to talk about it further through private messaging. We did talk about it, though it was kinda silly I really had fun, knowing that there is someone over here who feels the same way as I do. Actually, that's what's good here, you get to share the same interests with people. I hope I could get to meet myLotters in person someday.

Hello drannhh..awesome to see you make another new discussion. Thrilling, to say, LOL.. friends cheer me up here. Just by them making a discussion, making their presence known by commenting and just interacting. Some nice ones do pm and make the extra effort of exchanging email addresses with me too and that's really sweet. Although I don't email them regularly, it's just so sweet knowing that we have an extra contact point.

I am not coming up with any one particular thing. One member once said I was her online mom.I just know that there is always a MyLot friend waiting to listen and cheer and give compliments and advice. I have had dinner with one friend, in Minnesota. I would love to come have a visit with you, as well. Overall, it has just been a nice place to make friends.

GardenGerty, you are one that I would happily meet outside of cyberspace, as your good character shows online. I live in a popular resort area that many people visit so who knows.
Goddey1, you are about to surpass your first 100 posts and get new myLot "goodies" so congratulations! Yes, that extra touch is nice, isn't it? Happy myLotting and thank you for your visit.

To me, when i usually give a good response to a mylotter's discussion and the person quick exchange hand of friendship by adding me and then PM me to say thanks. I feel fulfilled than posting so many comments with nothing to show for it.

hi drannhh yes mylot friends have all been here for me and
once when a mylotter responded to mydicussion with a lot
of vicious uncalled for responses my friends reported the
poster, and mylot deleted them. Just now I received a gorgeous
calender from a good mylot friend of mine, and this means a
lot to me as I needed a calender and the kind was extra
'special , I cannot use usernames as mylot rules forbid
that. Also when I had been missing for almost eleven months
a lot of mylot friends sent me emails and discussions welcoming'
me back. Again that was so special too.

Hi Drannh,
I can enumerate lots of nicest things that my mylot friends made me experience and feel here but let me share at least the best three of them:
1. they provided support and encouragement for my having two special kids. they were so passionate in sharing their experiences and struggles in raising special kids too--those moms of special kids. but those who do not have one in the family still showed admiration for us parents in handling our situation and affirm how we are keeping with the challenge.
2. an affirmation from a friend about my interest in crochet and we even share pictures of our outputs since we are both into the craft. she's a great friend here. i love her.
3. those who appreciated my positive outlook in life and even commend the learnings they got from my comments and sharing.
4. ALL THOSE BEST RESPONSE RATINGS.
CHEERS!

thank you friend for the BR. i never thought i will be given one when i responded to your discussion. it was very fluid--for it was really what i honestly feel from here. zed is a friend and i am happy that he too considered me one.
yes, i do crochet and it's a productive hobby for me. it's a family business now and we even export blouses, dresses and bands. it's a made to order one.

Aside from my two favorite myLot friends who I regularly discuss hockey stuff (shout out to canesfan1964 and jewels49), one friend here always seem to have the right words to say and write everytime I feel depressed. MyLot has become a venue to pour out ill feelings for me, this friend I have always know how to pick me up. Thanks nyhollyjean!

How cute! The nicest thing anyone has done for me..Was...Well, a lot of little things. There are certain people who seem to respond to each and every one of the discussions I start, no matter how dumb or irrelevant or unoriginal it was. I like this kind of support. Otherwise, I love getting comments on my profile or private messages that AREN'T spam ones (which is a rarity these days). These little things make my day!

I sure know what you mean about the spam! Do you really start dumb, irrelevant, and unoriginal discussions? LOL. I doubt that! But I will go take a look and see if I can provide some dumb or irrelevant comments. It is kind of hard for me to be unoriginal because I am such a ham.
Thanks for your support ;-)

So far the nicest thing mylot friend ever did to me was gave me a personal compliment. Wait, I just thought now that his not from my friends list. Anyway he complimented me by saying that he admired my being thoughtful to other people I considered friends.
