Do U Add Comments at ------_______haaaah

More often we get to see discussions which have longer boxes with back 
and forth interactions between friends and some mylotters(who havent met themselves yet---their good humour does bring them together in the future though).
They just go on adding comments until either of them have decided to leave for an good sleep and then the same goes on the next morning
.
How about other discussions which have boxes with single comments---some would return to add an comment at their box after a week or so---Would you add an comment 
at their boxes again or just leave them coz that discussion was started in the past.
I would add some comments no matter----how old is my discussion.
Would you like to make some comments in your discussions which were started way back---and would you get any responses to those past ones at present.

It makes absolutely no difference to me when a discussion was started. If the topic is interesting I will go back to the boxes and will even add a comment on a response that I had not attended before.
That's part of the fun here and several times friends have been excited to see their older discussion come back to life just because a very simple comment was added to a thread that seemed to be of no more interest. How wrong they were

Oh no, I would never even think about leaving a comment in a box where I was not invited into the discussion nor would I ever go back and add more comments and responses to those comments that I had not left in the first place, and I absolutely, positively would never leave a confusing or humorous comment let alone a somewhat sarcastic albeit tongue in cheek type response.

yup, i still do get responses from my old discussions, and right now, i really try my best to comment back to those who respond on my discussions...
and on my part i also respond to my friend's discussions even if they are already years old...hehe its a good way of bringing back a discussion to life...
and also, i am also someone who always comment back as long as i still have something to say...hehe

yeah and when we respond to those discussions, it makes the discussion like a brand new one, and well as i observed, it even gets more responses...
i remember i do have some discussion that don't have any response & some just have one or 2, but when one of my friend respond on them... i am happy that many others also follows... hehe coz those discussion gets an exposure again...hehe
so thankful to those people who digs our old discussions...

hehe, yeah credit can go to the host too, coz if we are good in entertaining our guests then possibility is they will come back!

if I get a response and I will always check and comment even though it had long discussions. Something that can be added then I'll add but if I cannot then probably I'll re-think. So all we shifted activities continue as usual.

I don't care how old the discussion maybe or how long someone would comment back on my response just as long as it's interesting and there is interactions.
Keeping the interactions flowing makes a discussion more interesting because you will the discussion jumping from very serious then flows smoothly and lightly. It's fun doing that because you can encourage people to communicate and share some laughs despite the difference in time zones and culture.

The time differences just add to the fun.

Welcome to Mylot Rebe,Until and Unless you start doing that Mylot would be an boring place for you---every one is busy in their work but they just peek in and add an comment and you can get back to it when you're free---its not one should place instant comments.

Your right Miss Zandi that we wont get notified after the first notification. If I expected something or someone would comment I go to that discussion before anything else to comment back so on and so forth

hi sunny cool if I am interested in the others comments or want to have some fun, I will drop in and add someof my own comments.'I love the interaction that comes about when people
start having fun and getting a bit silly at times. All these
make mylot more enjoyable . I do not let the age of a discussion stop me from responding if its something I could help with or add to or know something about. I have gotten a lot of responses on some of my older discussions too. good luck and God bless.

Yeah, i am started to practice it and so happy my friends also comments back it is making the discussion alive and in return when i am online i do try my best to comments back and reply to those who comments on my discussion. it may not be an instant but i make sure everyone receive my responses out of gratitude for gracing my discussion. i also comments back to the poster who response on me and so glad I just turn on my notification then just land on the page where i make my comments so easy to reply then. In terms of past discussion i am checking them every now and then for late comments and do the same things with the latest discussion of mine.

hi neelia,we havent met till now i guess---i have seen you in the wits current magical discussion.
we may not be able to add some comments instantly but we can go back and add some thing at the responders box---which would be like showing some respect to them coz they had responded to an older one and this might get that one to life--i had witnessed few of my older ones getting responses today.

As far as an old discussion goes, if it is something that is interesting to me, I will take part in that discussion even if I don't think there is a chance that I will even get a response on it.
Now, on the discussions where people continue to talk back and forth for what seems like forever, I think that is a great thing because it really does embrace the nature of a true discussion. I love to see when someone has started a discussion that make people want to actually talk about it.

Sunny you are right. Doran hardly ever returns to a discussion where she has posted already. She never really interacts that much. She must have her notifiers off.

the only reason why people backoff when they come across older discussions is they think there would be none to appreciate our response.
according to your post you only enjoy watching others discussing---you never tried to interact with in such ones.if you havent started yet you should give it a try

Hi Sunny,
I am one of those who make sure that a single response can be a lengthy discussion. whether it's a new topic or discussion or an old one...if i receive a notification-- i will make sure i acknowledge the response. i also checked on my old discussion and see if i missed any comment that i need to respond on and i do. i also checked on my friend profile and see their previous discussions. i also respond on their old topics. if they respond, i will make sure another response from me is made.
i am happy to say that, some of my mylot friends are taking their time to check on my old discussions and respond on. so, it's an honor for me to respond and thank them for doing so.
old or new, short or long messages i will always respond my friend!

it's better late than never. i promise to make up and keep the fire burning still in responding on here. we had a toxic day today. we did some reports and prepared things for the medical mission tomorrow. i need to be up early so that i can be in the office by 6am to leave for the medical mission. thanks!

I have that very bad habbit to keep adding a comment. I love to chat with the lot here and if someone doesn,t like it, they just need to say the word. But so far, all of them helped along in adding on the comments. But, i have to say, even if i love it, i cannot finish all of my other coments. What to do?????????

if you really love doing that then no body can stop you enjoying girl so go ahead and start adding comments and try to keep up with them using your notifiers---they would be helpful---to keep track of your comments at your box.

It is true. I usually comment on discussions, even if they are old or new. As long as i have a common interest or know something about it I'll comment no matter what. I also comment on newer discussions but i usually can't find many of my interest.

Hi, sunnycool! I guess what myLotters need to know is that there are actually people like myself who use the search engine at the top of the myLot site to look for old discussions. So if you do leave a comment on old discussions, chances are that it might still just be read by some myLot member. In fact, I do have a few discussions that are still raking in comments even though those discussions were started like 2 years ago! Surprising, but true.....so every time when you feel hesitant on whether you should leave a comment, my advice is just to write the comment out anyway. You will still be earning for your participation......

hi gerald---I came accross all those older ones while searching---i would start responding and we can get to them and enjoy there as well.I always wanted to restart few topics which were a big flop then---they would be quiet interesting to discuss and we get paid for those responses too and coz they have an lesser chances to get deleted.

Yes, I do notice that some of my old discussions that I have posted get replied to by other Mylot members at a later date. Its a really nice and pleasant surprise. Then I will have to reply to their response too. Sometimes when I am bored I will reply to some of my Friends' old discussion too.

They make us surprised and its always pleasant to go back those old discussions which we have started years back---they help us to show our change over---when we were new here and how you managed things then.I had an good laugh going through my poststhey were really silly and one liners too.

I was really sad then coz my discussions hardly got ten responses----and i never cared to add comments at their boxes then i was really confused how this site works intially---but good to see those old discussions getting responses now and i'm happy to comment back.great day.
