Catching up with old and new friends

I am getting a group of friends together on Sunday for a womens only night where you can buy under wear aswell as other things.I am really looking forward to it as it has been a while since we have all got together.I have also invited a few people that i have not seen in a while as then we can all catch up.I can not wait as the sister in law is also bringing some of the friends from where she lives so it should be a great night and the best bit is we are having the get together at my mums with her aswell as my daughters.

That sounds like it will be fun! And, especially with it being at someone ELSE'S house!!! 
I'd like to do something sometime here at my place, but I'm not sure about it. So many of my friends have scattered throughout the country, it's not as feasible as it once was.
Have a great time, though. Since I've discovered Facebook, I've really gotten back in touch with a lot of people I used to hang out with "back in the day", so it's almost as good as being there, or so they say. LOL

Oh fun, fun, fun! I hope you really enjoy yourself and you all laugh your heads off! I love getting together with the girls, just chatting about everything under the sun, especially with the one's you haven't seen in a while.
I never have been to one of those parties but I heard they are great!

hi jugsjugs sounds like you will have some fun getting together
with friends and selling undies, I used to go to those too a
long time ago. That was a lot of fun too. and getting together
with friends at your moms should also be a lot of tun and your
daughters with you. I have had several old friends whom I had not
been intouch with now are asking me to join Facebook but it seems so
complicated with walls and all. but my own son is on facebook so
maybe I will do it after all.

That sounds like so much fun. I love when its all girls get together for a party, especially if its a party to buy things. For me the best is that its not at your house. I rather go to someone elses house too. Its less of a hassle to me. I hope you all have a great time. Enjoy!

There is nothing that I enjoy more than having the opportunity to catch up with my friends, both old and new. The reason for this is the fact that the majority of my friends are very busy mothers and there are times that it really does take a while to have the opportunity to get together again with my friends. We've actually never had a home party like what you are talking about, however, in the long run, I think that any reason that you find to get together with your friends is an occasion that is well worth it.

Few days back I had started a discussion with my happiness about meeting some old friends on 4th July however it did not work out for me. All my other friends are meeting on 4th july but I am away and will not be able to join them all

I always feel so happy if getting together or going somewhere with my friends, since I live alone in my house, that become my favorite activity. It doesn't metter weather with old friends or new friends, as long as they are my trusted friends I will very happy. The last time I go together with my friens was yesterday, We watched movie which tittle is "Letters to Juliete". we had great time together.

good, enjoy the party. Do you have such get together party's every month or every year. My mom also sometimes calls for get together for all her women friends. It's good for all the women to socialize ones a month. They work so hard. They deserve some time of enjoyment. My mom also cooks for them as she likes cooking as cooking is her hobby. She also arranges for games for all the women.

that is the great moment of my life that i really missed my happenings with our (barkada) high school friends. How i wish that after all those long years that we have no communication will come an end and we will see each other again. At that time, we are the most and the best of friends, no one can defeat us in terms of our friendship.

It's nice that you and your friends can have a get together so that you can catch up for old times sake. Even we do that every year and it's a great way of catching up and knowing everyone. It sure is fun...Have a great time...!

I'm very greatful to be with my old friends and to be with my new friends. It seems to be the highest favor of emotional life of a man.I just wnt to share that like you I cannot wait to be with them for how many years ..
