Verdict on the Landlords Court case

Some of you will remember that my Landlord had to go to Court for possible repossession of the Property I am renting from him
Well, it was yesterday, and..................they have given him another chance, well good luck to him as this Place will need a lot of work doing before he can rent it out again
I am hopefully out of here next Friday, I have got another Flat and I am staying in the Area so keep your Fingers crossed that next Friday I will be in a safe and warm Flat, not one where I have no heating and the electrics are dangerous so I do not have hot water either
Why is justice never done??? He deserved to loose this Place, well I will feel sorry for the new Tenants but I hope they give him what for
I am only moving into the next Block so I will not be far away
Do you think that Justice will ever be done to this Man ?

Hiya Gabs, hugs to you sweetie! Sadly justice doesn't exist in this country, the innocent are persecuted and the guilty are rewarded. I do believe however in karma and hopefully this 'person' for want of a better word will get his come uppance, and I hope you will see it. Trouble is I am not the most patient of people and I want karma to work over time! He does sound like a nasty piece of work and I am just glad you are out of it my dear friend. Hope all things go well, it's about time they did for you and my best mate Gissi, love to you both xxxx

Where have you been? Well I am only kidding mate as I have seen you around and I have a spare five minutes to chat a little.
Housing conditions like that are so bad for your health too I mean anyone´s health. I long for the time when I can buy or make a House with Solar Panels on the top and I might be able to say ta ta to the Electric Board and the Gas Board as well. I hope anyone who has to put up with those kind of conditions can find place better. I have been watching a Spanish Series where in the Middle Ages if you were the Lord of the Land you could do anything you wanted. So I guess us ordinary People are winning the Battle bit by bit.

I've been pretty good, been a bit stressed of late due to family and household circumstances, but aside from that fine. :)

First and foremost I am super happy to hear that you ARE moving out of there! I really could care less about him, I am ONLY concerned about you as he seems to be the kind of Slumlord that wouldn't deserve a minute of anyones time BUT also in saying that I really hope that his time does come. I had an old landlord like that ... He used to rent out all kind of nasty places and some even got condemned on him, but he still kept going because to him as long as he was making money that was all he was cared about! Don't worry though sweetness, his time WILL come and he will rue the day he messed with Miss Gabs and her Sidekick Gissi!

Hi Sweetie
Well hopefully end of the week I am out of here and not soon enough as I am suffering badly with my Lungs the Pain is awful but well I just want to be out of here and be able to relax and calm down again that is all I want
I know I will be off line again for a while but I am sure I will survive and I will be able to finish all the Christmas Cards lol
If I get worse with this Lung sh*t believe me he will suffer

Hiya purple,
Hear hear good on yer purple. So many of them are around too. We had another before she had so much money and was making money from renting her old dumps to everyone but I never saw her happy. I had to go and pay her the Rent every Month and although she lived in one of the richest areas of this City it looked to me it was more like Dracula´s Castle or abode call it what you want.
It was the worst place I had ever lived in up to then except for the House I was born in but I did´nt have much say in that one.
I never once saw her smile and she would always count the Money I paid her in front of me.
Having so much money made in that way does not seem to give them a happy time it seems.

hi gabs glad you dont have to move mile from where you are now in that horrid apartment, hope you and my little man in the doggie suit will have a warm cozy place now in this move, next friday;well I will cross all myfingers so you will get settled with heaing and safe electricity
I was hoping that lousy landlord would get his dues but sometimes a bad penny just keeps on rolling.yes I was wondering the same thing when I read this last sentence. some jerks just keep getting bailed out.but what goes around always comes around. so one fine d ay he will get bit in the butt for all his meannesses. hugs to you and Gissi. if you ever get achance to come across the pond do stop in and wee me. love you

I had a similar problem when I was 19 and renting a place with my girlfriend. A water pipe kept break in my ceiling flooding my apartment with water causing mildew. Well I came home one day and there was water pouring from the ceiling onto my brand new stereo. I went and got the landlord for the tenth time and told him he was paying for damages this time.
Long story short he said no I got really mad and called the building inspector and fire marshall and by the time I was done the place got closed down for good within the 2 weeks of me making that call.
Karma will eventually get him.

I might still call the Council to send someone out to this Flat because he should not be allowed to rent this out with electrical faults and no heat nd no hot Water
I am glad though that you got your Justice
To be honest I am so drained now I just want out of here but I will report the faults in here

fingers crossed !!!! but the court giving him another chance, that is so shocking as the powers that be are 'supposed' to be gettin rid of the landlords that prey on their tenants and terrorize them into living in dreadful conditions.
But don't give him another thought, he will get his come uppance soon i feel sure. that sort of person just can't help being evil.

Whether justice is done or not you keep looking forward to being able to be somewhere better than that place. The last place I lived in was for the want of a better word something with four walls and just about. The Person who rented it to us has not been able to keep Tenants in there for longer than two Months. Is that Karma do you think? Well because we made such an effort too all we could to make it a better place and he refused to give us the deposit back that we gave him. One in the eye for him don´t you think the Flat is empty most of the time now. Probably the same might happen to him too.
Hope you settle down very nicely in the other new place and I would give him a wide berth and look forward to not having to see his face again.
If I see that former Landlord of ours well not really ours I will give him such a sweet smile he won´t know whether he is coming or going.
You take care now and his lot will get to him in due time.

Well I do not want to see him at all and I mean that because I know I will not hold back with my Words
I know the Neighbours here will let the new Tenants know what has been going on and of course I am only in the next Block lol
I will have to report the Electrics though because I would never forgive myself if anything happened as he is ignoring me I will take it further
I have all the Proof on how many times I have reported it to him and been ignored
I am looking forward to getting out of here and settling down in a warm place

He nearly managed to mess it up for me but it back fired on him
I just do not get it
I want to know how he is going to be able to keep this Place now, that I am moving out of it and no rent coming in
Al the repairs he has to do as well before he puts any one else in here as he is not aware I am only at the back in the other Block and also the Neighbours have seen what is going on to

Hiya gabs,
You are right to report about the Electrical problem because you are saving someone´s life there. I should imagine you don´t want to see his Face ever again or in a long time. I would feel like giving him a piece of my mind too but I would withhold I can be colder than a Fish sometimes don´t know how I do it.
I have stood up to some People as well and left them with their mouths so wide open they could catch a Fish (grin). Not because I wanted to but because I decided they were not going to try and bully me anymore another grin.
You just take it easy and look forward to being somewhere else I know it´s very upsetting of course it is. Actually I am so glad I don´t have to see your Landlord myself either I do not like "Uriah Heep" characters they give me the "creeps". Uriah Heep is a Character from the Old Curiosity Shop I loved that the first original Series they made on the BBC do you remember that one too? the Actor played the part so well if I were to see him again in another part I would still be seeing Uriah Heep.
Well I am glad that there are not too many Uriah Heeps around at least not as bad as that one what a devious Character too. Take care now gabs. Sue.xxx

Well justice may not be served on him and his wife in this life but they will sure have a lot to answer for come the judgment day.
What goes around comes around...what he and his wife have put out will come back on them. They will have their bad days and they will be much worse than what they have done. Karma pays you back good or bad.

Hi gabs, Eventually this man will learn, like the rest of us, that in order to succeed and find happiness we must treat others the way that we want to be treated. We don't know how long it will take or how it will happen because all of us are different. The thing that I'm pleased about right now is that you, with your health problems, are getting out of there. I hope that the next tenets will make sure that he does everything by the book. Does the place have to be inspected before he can rent it again? Blessings.

No the Place does not get inspected that is how he can get away with it all the time
I will be leaving this place in a much better and cleaner state then what I got it as I have decorated it and I kept it clean
People keep saying just leave it as you got it but I can't for my own Pride I can't
It will be left Clean but I just hope he sorts out the electrical and the Heating or the next Tenant will have no heat and hot Water

here in the usa, they call them kind "slum lords" and they usually dont get away with it but once being told to clean up things. after that they are put into a lot of hot water so to speak and its all over the news so people know not to rent from them and they loose in the end anyway.

Once I am out of here I will be rid of him and he better never contact me because I will take him to court
As I will only be living across I will hear if he has said about me what he said about the previous Tenants and if he does I will get him in Court over that to
So he better be very careful what he says
