Haven't been here for quite some time and I have to confess that I missed it :)
The first thing I noticed once I logged in was that I got a bunch of pages with offers and stuff, that I didn't want or care for. How's that for a change?
Then I decided to go check if my friends were still posting, and was pleasantly surprised by finding out that a lot are :):)
So although I wasn't too impressed right at first when I got all those offers, I guess it still felt like coming home after all.It was a positive feeling and I liked it. So here's my question:
Have you been away from something for a long time, to come back and find that things have not changed that much? In your case was that positive or not so?

It is really refreshing to see old friends once a while. For me, I seldom see old friends. Most of the discussions are from new friends. Perhaps for the same reason like many others, I am away for long periods. Most of the times, I have been too lazy to login simply because I am frustrated with the frequent white screen I get with my mobile connection. Things changed but I have not changed. LOL.

LOL it feels really good to find some of the old "gang" here :):):)
The first thing I did when I came back was to find out if old friends were still here and posting, the second was to start looking for their discussions LOL But although I am back, my free time is not what it used to be, so I probably won't be able to be here as much as I used to.
I only log in from home, and thankfully no white screen, but it seems to me that mylot is a bit slower than what it used to be. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe not :)

Hi, welcome back. I used to enjoy our discussions. You will notice a lot of the old gang is still here but not as active as before. At least this is true in my case. As to your question; I have had the experience that things had usually changed when I had been away for a long time. At first this would be an irritant but then one gets used to the changes. As far as Mylot is concerned I just skip over the offers because the ones on this site don't interest me.

I probably won't be able to come as often as I used to before either, but since now I seem to finally have some free time again, I will come and play again .
In mylot, after the first add "wave" when I logged in after so long, it seems to have calmed down and back to normal - less adds LOL
I had the experience of going back home in the past year - several times actually - and my feelings about the changes I've seen were mixed. SOme things changed - not for the better, some things didn't change and they should have, a few things did change in a positive way.

Hello arkaf and welcome back. 
Many of our old friends have come and gone. Some come back and some stay. Some are just quiet for a while. As for myself I have pretty much stayed around a Lot of times just reading the action going on here. 
Some times it get hard to find discussions that are new and interesting to me.

Hello my friend, glad you're still here :)
This was a bit more than just being away to recharge batteries, there was so much happening and so much needed to be done that I was basically off the computer in total. But now I'm hoping that some of my free time is back and I will be able to come here and play more often.
And the best part is that old friends are here so we can play together LOL

Welcome back!
Yeah, I hadn't been here for a very loooong time and just started again a couple of months back. But I'm not here as often as earlier and I think I've changed as a person too...in the meantime.
But as far as mylot goes, besides a few new faces, some troll stories...and a few of my friends who have left this site, it's pretty much the same.

I am hoping to be able to come here more regularly now that things seem to have calmed down a bit in real life. It feels good to come "home" and find old friends :)
Like you I probably won't be able to come here as often as I used to in the past, but at least I'll come and visit often.
I suspect most of the dramas will be the same as they were before, most trolling will still go on, it's human nature - to some more than to others LOL
As for the adds I went trough a bunch of them on the first day I came back, but now they're gone so I'm thinking I got all of them in one shot because I had been away for so long hehehehe

I have noticed any people that were on my friend list have left the site. One subject I have added since returning is Facebook and that has been quite eye opening, as I am learning a lot about what can be found on Facebook.
Its not easy getting use to change, but life is always changing and the reasons I do certain sites changes over time. Its good to see your back. Have a good day.

I was happy to find a lot of old friends still here, fishmomma:):)
I do go to facebook to be in touch with family back home, but not much, so learning more about it would be interesting.
I usually adapt well to change, but not before a few "OH! again! Why?" etc LOL

My answer varies. When i've been gone for a long time from my hometown sometimes i expect some changes and want to see something new and exciting. But sometimes it feels more comfortable to come back where there's not much changes as it feels more homey and comfortable.

Yes, I know the feeling. I went back home a few times in this past year and my feelings were a mix of different things. Mostly the things I would like to have seen changed, didn't . And the ones I would like to stay the same changed LOL
Thankfully here in mylot, I actually did get the comfortable being home feeling.
And the added bonus is the big number of old friends that are still here, so we can play together :):)

I saw your name in my notifications and even before reading the title, I said aloud, "WOW, it has been a LONG time." Well I have been offline a lot lately, too, as a lot has happened. As for the offers, I have not noticed them much, not having had time to pursue them.
A lot of my longtime mylot friends are missing lately.

Yeah, it was a long, long time. And yet, it did feel good to come back, although I am not able to come as often as I used to.
A lot has happened in here too, a few things good, plenty not so good.
But I'm going to try and come at least more regularly.
