The challenge of going up a very steep road

I finally conquered this challenge! Woohoo! 
I went this morning to the university hospital and I decided to go there in my scooter. I have been pondering since last night if I will be able to go up there with my scooter because the road is just so steep since the hospital is situated on the way up to the mountains. I thought going up would be easy but going down was that scared me. I kept imagining what if I am not able to turn while going down fast? I will fall straight to the cliff into the river. 
But I finally did it and while I was going down fast, I felt a little scared but I fought it and I was able to turn right into the leveled road. I was laughing while riding after I passed that steep slope. ^^

Congrats to u again, secret!! U finally did it!! hehe ^^ It's fun going down the steep slope right? Even though it's scary because u are not able to control the speed and u can't brake immediately, puts u at greater risk of losing control, but u still did it 
I've always like the feeling of speeding down slope, with a bicycle and that's more exciting since it's light.. haha. HOwever, it's tedious to cycle all the way up, so i choose to push it up instead.. haha

My class would be in the afternoon until 4:30 so I'd be going down with the sun still up.

That must have been really scary, Jill! In the mountain where I went, the edge was not really visible because there were so many trees, you just know that there's a cliff because of the railings in the side of the road.

Well, it's not very, very steep but it's steep enough to give some strain on my hand revving up the engine. ^^ This morning was my second time and I'm not scared anymore but I was excited.

Hey dude, it is really an adventurous one. Sometimes little little things make us scared and if get upon them, it makes us so happy indeed it makes us so adventurous hero like James Bond riding a scooter. Be active upon us and behave like a hero.

Woaw such an adventurous lady! I don't think I can do that. I would rather ask someone to drive it while I was riding behind. Or I can also walk - if I really feel it won't be safe

It wasn't a walking distance from our house. If I'm not bringing my scooter, I would take a tricycle and then a jeepney to get there. And sometimes it takes too long when going home because there's not too many jeepney passing by the university hospital. Sometimes, I walk down the road to go to the street where there's more jeepneys.

Wow, that must have been a crazy ride!!! 
I always hate that feeling when you are on a steep slope of some sort driving or for me on a mower and that really scares me. One time I almost flipped over and ever since that I have always been really scared. Well, glad you faced your fears and had a great ride because of it! Happy Mylotting!
