It is very complicated and I am not sure if you will understand because honestly Steven and I don't really understand what happened.
My son ordered a cellphone on the credit card. First the people said it was okay and then called back to say Capital One refused it. So we told them to cancel the cellphone
We called Capital One and they said they don't have the right to refuse anything when the account is in good standing.
Then we tried again and they refused because the address was wrong.
We fixed that up the computer at Capital One didn't recognized the different french spellings of my street. We ordered a the phone again.
Bell Mobility called back again to say the charge was denied.
We called Capital One again and they say they never denied anything and now there are two charges on the account for Bell Mobility.
But they are not real charges yet they are in pending, and they can't refuse the charges yet because they haven't actually been charged.
At this point I was screaming like a crazy woman on the phone to them btw.
We tried to get the bell mobility agent back but she won't return my calls.
