Help! What Happened To My Earnings?

I really hope someone can explain what's going on with my earnings. 
I've been on myLot for 5 years or so and although I'm not really here for the money, it is kind of nice to get a little extra money for just hanging out and meeting people from around world.
Now, for the last couple of years I haven't been very active here.....I just kind of lurk in the shadows, read discussions, and every now and then leave a comment on one of my friend's discussions or someone asking a question.
As a matter of fact, up until recently, it had been well over a year since I started a discussion.
BUT, I never log out and can't even remember the last time I had to log in......and, like I said, even though I may not be active, I do visit myLot at least a few times every week.
Now this is where things get strange......despite the fact that I'm not very active......I notice my earnings keep going up.........sure it's just a couple of cents here and there, but my earnings are definitely increasing.
I seem to notice it more when I respond to a friend's discussion.
Can someone explain to me what's going on? PLEASE HELP!!!

What you have just witnessed was a dramatization.....a satirical approach in response to certain discussions I see around here from time to time (I just saw one the other day).
And that's people that start discussions that usually start out with, "I just logged into my account after a year.....two years.....three years, and all my money's gone! I had money last time I was logged in 1/2/3/4/5 years ago, but now it's all gone! WHAT'S GOING ON?!?"
What do these people think? that myLot is a Swiss bank account that will just hold on to their money forever?
If people would just read the TOS (Terms Of Service) and FAQ (Frequently Asked Qusestions), they would realize it's not to hard to figure out how myLot works and "what's going on" around here,

All you have to do is log in every month or two and your earnings will be just fine.
Again, I'm hardly ever active here anymore, but I'm always logged in and my earnings are always there.....sometimes they go up when I post, and occasionally they go down if a discussion I posted in gets deleted.
Pretty simple.....right?

grrr sconibear you had me going not fair ha ha thought has he or she flipped his ever loving lid. he knows as hes been here off and on he must log in then I read on and I have been had. sob sob my second laugh of the day. yes I think common sense are just aromas, not wait that is not true either I think common sense has hidden from some people like the one "wheres my earnings they stole them i was not here for seven months but came back no earnings. thieves?

If the sense are so common, then why would I want to buy it, especially if it costs several million dollars?!

Ahahahaha! Well hello Sconi! Thank you for the education about the inner workings of mylot! You are my favorite professor and I cannot wait to take your class, Logic and Reasoning 201 next semeser. Furthermore, I'm glad you explained the phenomenon of the 'ever increasing earnings experiment'. I too have been rather slow and random here but I have never lost any earnings or noticed them go up IF I'm not posting at all. Of course, if I start posting here.... I usually KEEP posting here, at least for 15 minutes or an hour or several hours as it may. I'm not even as much of a hardcore longtimer as you, I think I may have been here for 3 years... maybe it's 4 now, I don't remember. I can't even remember how I got here... I think it may have been from a friend I met at another site that also promised to make you money, although this one has often earned me $35+ a month vs that other one that has probably earned me a whopping 11 cents in 4 years. NOT saying I earned $35 THIS month... it's been over a year I'm sure since I've been active enough to do that. I bet there were a slew of very 'hot topics' which helped me earn that, and I bet I got ripped and rated down by people for my efforts. Oh well, such is the life of an opinionated writer on an open site that asks you to 'please be as descriptive as possible!'

This can happen for several reasons. One, Some of your respnses can be deleted when the person who mnade the discussion deletes it.Another reason can be that you are not being active so mylot is decreasing your earnings.I would be a bit more active and maybe you will earn more.I tam pretty sure mylot is legit because why else would everyone be here? Mylot ithe most legit site i have been and i have seen payment proofs.
Don't you just LOOOOVE people? 
I don't. Can't blame lack of comprehension upon illegible writing either. Illegible type? I dare ya!

That dramatization sounds like me - lurk around, occasionally respond to something that deserves one, & then find that something trickled down into my earnings.
I know what happened to your earnings. They're hiding between these ...
