Chair Has Arrived To Cheer Me Up

My new computer chair has actually been next door all over weekend (apparently, it arrived on Friday) and I hadn't received any emails about it at all. In fact, I was told that it would be delivered during this week..so it's a good job my neighbour is honest.
Anyway, as they said, the chair has been made to order and is fully assembled.
Do I love my British made Topaz Chair?
I sure do.
Yes, it's a big chair but it can go under the desk once I've finished with it tonight. I kept it out like that in the photograph to give you an idea of what it looks like.
It's certainly comfier than my old one, that's for sure!

A happy day for you ! Yes, if you have to sit in front of the
computer for long hours each day, you need a comfortable chair.
That's what I did too. I bought a very comfortable wheel chair.
It was a bit expensive , but certainly worth it.

Love the colour! Now I am red with envy not green 
And fully assembled to, I really should think about replacing my chair, it's broken, it was my dad's old bosses chair and you know what it's like you cling to things, the office furniture shop which is 20 minute drive away closed down sadly, I need to find another one, I refuse to buy anything, even a chair that needs self assembly. Hope you are feeling a bit better now after your ordeal

Well, I'm still fuming about the mole situation as, even if I 'bite the bullet' and decide to see Voysey there's a massive waiting list. Can you imagine if there was a possibility of cancer, what would happen then? I really think doctors that have failed in the rest of England are sent to Cumbria as I've lost count of the incompetent ones I've seen since 2005!
Anyway, my chair has come at exactly the right time my friend. You really should buy one, you know you want to.

Hello Janey. I am delighted to read that you have got your new computer chair. It was strange it went to your neighbors and it is a good job your neighbor is honest. I am glad it is comfortable and its name Topaz is delightful. It looks lovely to me. I go for a seaside style in my bungalow's lounge.

I got it wrong about my neighbour. I THOUGHT she had it over weekend. It turns out she only had it on Monday whilst I was at the doctors. I did hear the door go very early on (that would've been the delivery guy) but I was embarrassed about my ill-fitting nightshirt so stayed put in my bed.
Anyway, it's here now so no harm done.

yes indeed I would d be cheered up too to get that pretty and comfy chair. It looks really comfortable andfalso pretty and you cannot beat that combo.I need a new chair too for my desk as this one is getting rather worn and was a four dollar bargain at a
second hand store so its done well for me and have got my four dollars worth use out of it.But now its time tor a better one.
Its a real desk chair but its mechanics were screwed up and my son repaired it so I could use it And boy have I used it too,

Yes, it got to the stage where mine couldn't really be fixed as it was too far gone. I'm amazed it lasted 12 years so I'm hoping this one will last even longer as it's better made, I can tell. It also has an automatic upholstery cover for 2 years so if it gets sh!t up I can probably get it re-upholstered for nothing. The rest of the chair is covered as well for about 5 years I think it is. I've kept hold of the delivery note anyway so I know when the thing arrived.

I got it wrong about my neighbour (sorry) as it turns out a delivery person tried to deliver it here but it was very early and I was still in bed..so he went next door with it..on the Monday. I was confused over the date as it has Fridays on the delivery note. John told me that it will have been delivered to our local depot on that date but there might not have been a vehicle high enough (the box was massive) to deliver it until Monday.
Anyway, it's here now..and very comfy it is too.
Yes, the neighbours round here are an honest bunch, as are we of course.

Disregard that bit about the neighbours having it over weekend. I got confused over that. It was the depot who had it from Friday until Monday as they obviously don't deliver on Saturday..if the chair arrived there late on Friday.
Is that clear?
No?

It does look like a very comfy chair. However, it is missing something... There needs to be a cat on it. At least, that is the rule around here. Get something new, kitties have to check it out... see if it is a good bed... add a little fur...
Right now, our eldest girl is passed out between us--snoozing in front of The Big Bang Theory.

Our cat has already er..claimed the blue chair upstairs as her own whenever she feels like it. This particular chair was way more expensive than that..so I put a cushion on it..just in case.

I really like the color and it does look very comfy. It is best to have a great chair when spending a majority of the day parked in front of the computer. My last chair was very bad for my back. I just got another one and it is much better for me. I hope you enjoy your new chair!

It will take a while to get used to as my other one didn't have a high back like this. However, it does remind me of a particular chair I had in the workplace some years ago and I LOVED that one..so, I'll get used to it I'm sure.

They did try to deliver it to me on Monday morning very early on..but my nightshirt (the one I wear when the other decent one is in the wash) is a tad small on me and absolutely NO WAY was I going to answer the door wearing that lol.
So, the neighbour didn't have it over weekend, the depot did. She just had it on the Monday until I was around to receive it. I had to go out to the doctors, you see.
