Can you translate this label?

We have several pieces of art we have had for years with labels that need to be translated. This label is one example of a label we can see, but not read. Although we see what we think is the date, we are not certain of the address listed here. Can you read this?

My Russian doesn't go very much beyond some rather shaky transliteration but it seems that it was bought in 1990 in Leningrad for 16 roubles and 40 kopeks. If I'm not mistaken, it is a piece of decorative marquetry by an artist named Alekseyevsky Ravelin.

Thank you for this information. Somehow the person who originally had this could not remember where it was purchased!

There might be someone on here who can read it. All I can see is maybe a date that says 1930.

We found the date to be 1990. So far, several have given details that let us know where it was purchased, the name of the artist, etc.

So if you keep asking long enough maybe you will get everything you need, and then to an appraiser for the value.

@PatZAnthony I saw what @OwlWings said. Thanks you got help

It is in Russian! :) Unfortunately I don't speak Russian, but some words are similar to my language, so I'll try... :): The first paragraph of the black Bold letters is the name of the People's (National) Art Crafts association or something like that, and under that (in Light black letters) is the address: 193224, Leningrad, street Chelieva, (number) 6 The red letters say it is a decorative board marquetry by Alexis Ravelin Then the third paragraph says: Item: designation of the item Price: (I think it's the) Date: (something like) Press or Print or a Stamp (not sure): again some designation
